iCRYO Cryotherapy + iV Therapy + Body Sculpting, Frisco TX

I love this place, It has really helped me out a lot. To make long story short, I've had a total of 4 heart attacks which included a quadruple bypass. I recovered from that and started doing Cryotherapy With Brent and it has really done a huge difference of how I feel and even more energetic. I highly recommended it.

The staff here is amazing especially Justin! WHAT A HUNK! OMG but seriously cryo therapy is amazing and the benefits are huge.

I went to icryo because I heard that it would help with my neck and back pain. I did a full body cryo, a cryo facial, compression, and got an lipo shot. This place has such a great vibe and I had such a great experience. Tessa greeted me immediately at the door. She was super informative and did my cyro facial. She told me about all the benefits to each service they provided. I didn’t feel that they were trying to over sell me but instead specifically recommended what they believed would be most beneficial for the things I was having issues with. I felt like they actually cared about my help and wanted what was best for me. I will be going back every week! 10/10 recommend.

I am extremely picky about my cryo & my recovery, especially because I’m 41 and I powerlift! If you are picky like me, let me just say you are in good hands with ICryo Frisco! This chamber was everything, not to mention the infrared sauna and the cryo facial! It’s definitely a spa like recovery day with me when I’m in! Also Justin & Tessa are amazing and the rest of the staff. They made me feel comfortable and like I was home, and safe especially during this pandemic. I’m glad I finally found my new recovery home.thank you ICryo Frisco for being so awesome ️

Total game changer! I’m able to push harder in my workouts & im not nearly as sore as i used to be after a workout. Im sleeping & feeling so much better. I love the wide variety of services & the convenience of just being able to walk in whenever. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! Brent & the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable, welcoming & just plain fun to be around! It says a lot when you can walk in and say “fix me” & literally every person that works there knows exactly what to do to get you feeling better. I’m so happy that iCryo opened in Frisco & I’m happy to be a member!

Justin, Tessa and Brent make this place awesome. Whether I have 5 minutes and need a quick freeze or want to relax for cryo, compression and sauna I always experience 5 star service. I use a WHOOP and I’m 11% more recovered on days following a cryo session. The data doesn’t lie and I’m hooked!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Prior to my ACL/meniscus repair surgery, they took care of me with the works.cryo freeze, decompression, the sauna, and anti inflammatory infusions to help with the swelling. Prior to my injuries, I went daily for recovery from my kickboxing/boxing classes. The staff is incredible, but I have to shout out to one of the best, Brent, for always taking care of me and my girlfriends!

Awesome place! Brent helped me with come back pain I had been dealing with for a good while now. After the localized treatment he set me up with an iv, I don’t remember which one he used but I felt incredible after. Great service and a cool location. DO RECOMMEND

ICryo has done amazing things for my recovery and overall health! From the whole body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and even bodysculpting and Cryo facials, I feel like I’m always taking care of my body inside and out and am able to put my best self out there. I also appreciate the helpful information that Brent was able to give me on their IV infusion therapy which I will definitely be trying next time I’m in!

What a great array of wellness options along with a super awesome team with an amazing vibe! The team there alone will have you feeling better as soon as you walk in! But for a physical testimony - in my first week I did 4 Beginner Cryo sessions, 2 compression session and on the seventh day I did an IV for recovery, hydration, vitamins and minerals. Not only have I seen instant results in some nagging inflammation from tennis but this morning I was a beast in my leg workout- up 10-20% on all lifts and felt like I could have completed that hour long workout a second time! So for me- instant and measurable results and even cooler - the great team there!
