I almost can’t believe it but…. I did it!
I was desperate because the last 3 days I have been laying in bed in pain due to my back. Still just a couple of months post op after 2 surgeries including a lumbar fusion. I still have restrictions so I guess I overdid it earlier this week while cleaning …. And I was paying the price. I had weaned myself down on most of my pain meds and was only taking them intermittently as needed but the last few days —- had to take them multiple times a day. Very frustrated! I was thinking I was going to end up in ER asking for a Toradol shot and …. Then I decided to try this!

3 minutes of full body cryotherapy at iCRYO Cibolo and …. I was stunned when I realized that my pain went from an 8 out of 10 to about a 3! That was insane!

I sat there for a minute fighting back tears because I realized how I could avoid pharmaceutical interventions and could reduce the inflammation in such a short time with alternative / holistic treatments!

Thanks to Jacob for reaching out and to the other amazing staff there for all the education on the various treatments.

I’m set up to return for more cryo therapy as well as Red Light therapy (which I had initially asked about for pain and inflammation) and even the infrared saunas!
Maybe. I can get my recovery time for my back down from what it is predicted to be!

The staff in Cibolo, TX is amazing! They take the time to explain the benefits from each item you choose to do while you’re here. They coach you through the process and their dedication is bar none! The Cryo chamber is awesome!

I stopped in to inquire about red light therapy.   The staff was very welcoming and after their tour I decided to try cryo.   I feel amazing and tried other of their lifestyle services and feel so relaxed.   Highly recommend!

Compression Therapy is it for me

I was already a regular before the official opening. I practically live here now. I come almost every day for compression therapy. Because I can't just do one service, I have to pair it with something. I usually do compression therapy and red-light therapy, and alternate between cryotherapy or the infra red sauna. The Elite is worth it. I might be addicted to this self care. Don't judge me.judge your mama. Come in and see for yourself.

I always look forward to coming to ICRYO. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

ICRYO has been great, allowing my body to recover much quicker from the physical demands I put it through. So far I’ve done the Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Compression Therapy. All of which I plan on doing regularly moving forward. The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous making every visit a five star experience. I highly recommend.
