I wasn’t impressed with the service nor the professionalism of the staff within the office.

I actually had a wonderful experience going to the dental facility here. The staff is great. They treated me like a human being and their work was excellent. Give me the choice to decide what was needed and what I wanted done what I wanted done. I’ll recommend them to anyone that needs dental work.

Dr. Yang was excellent. I went in with a toothache and she was kind, caring and efficient. I highly recommend Ideal Dental.

The staff at this place is friendly and attentive. The environment is not only spotlessly clean, but Dr. Yang is awesome! - she's not only highly knowledgeable, but her warm and welcoming nature made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Despite a slight wait of around 40 minutes, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Ideal Dental.

Very prompt, caring and clean offices. They took the time to thoroughly review my plan for better oral health. Dr was very gentle and at no time did I feel rushed or like I was just a giant dollar sign. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience today they were great from the time I got there to when I left! They took the time to explain all my options an broke every thing down as far as price the dentist was very good explain all what was wrong an came up with a plan to fix my problems

Every one there was super friendly. From the front desk to the dentist. I especially liked the dental assistant, Javi. He was very nice and professional. I hate going to the dentist, but he made me feel better about being there.

So, Ideal dental keeps taking down any reviews that aren’t positive. But I want people to know that this chain charged us a fortune for a very difficult process of removing my son’s teeth. They didn’t give him any pain meds- they said that they couldn’t prescribe them. My son suffered greatly over this. It was barbaric. Consumers beware. I have to take him to a professional that knows what they’re doing to finish the job.
