Their bedside manner makes you feel very comfortable. Customer service goes a long way and they have exceeded that!

I love this dentist. Everyone is so friendly and patient. Dr Baez is AMAZING! He is patient and numbs me as much as I need, he explains every process until I understand. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with military AND civilian dentists, but Dr Baez is by far the BEST. I've been coming to this office since they opened. Mona always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. Seeing that bright beautiful smile when I first walk in makes my heart sing. The dental hygienist is gentle and does a excellent job. The dental assistants are nice and friendly. Great service all around!

ALL staff was very kind, courteous and thorough! They addressed any concerns I had, made sure I understood everything they did and why, and explained what I could do to help with/prevent issues with my teeth. Very happy to find a good fit!

I have been bringing my kiddos here for years. The dentist is wonderful. He is gentle and patient. He takes the time to explain the treatment plan and any additional specialized treatment needs that may arise. The techs in the back are great at taking care of my kids and keeping them calm during their procedure. The women up front are the best. They go out of their way to get to know all of the patients and make sure everyone’s needs are met. They are also wonderful to talk to help calm your nerves while your kiddies are in the back. This place is the best.

Update: shady dealings. I was informed that my son needed braces. However, I was NOT informed that the orthodontic dentist WAS NOT in network with my dental plan and I ended paying way more for this service than I should have. Lesson learned… ALWAYS ask and read the fine print because in the end they are only looking out for the best interests of their business. Outside of the service I already paid for, I will be taking my kids elsewhere for everything else.

Staff was great. Provided all my needed services same day. Sarah was AMAZING and personable! Would love to return.

My mom went here for a cleaning and and she now has glowing teeth. The women over there named zhakiyah was really helpful and she did a hell of a job.
