Edit: Adding to my review. I had a filling fall out a few months ago and they got me in right away to replace it. They were friendly as always. Unfortunately the filling ended up falling out again within weeks but they got me back in again and this time they didn't charge me at all. The new female dentist was super caring about my pain level and comfort. They were all professional and skilled.

It was a great experience all the way around. Very pleased, from front desk, to hygienist, to dentist and checking out! Recommend.

Aside of the long wait due to unforeseen circumstances at the clinic, the team was very attentive and courteous. The surgeon made the procedure go by smoothly and effortlessly from the time I was given the IV until I woke up after the procedure was completed. The Office Manager was very helpful and made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered before I left the premises. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Staff is nice and polite. They will pull the wrong teeth and over charge you for it but the receptionist is nice when you go in.

Me and my daughter had a very nice visit at the dentist office, we were very surprised how nice and how pleasant everything was. The workers were very nice and knew there jobs very well. We look forward to our next visit.

Everyone was friendly and very welcoming! They eased my nervousness as much as they could by reassuring me everything was going to be fine and did a good job at explaining the procedure throughly.

I had two crowns removed and I am getting two new ones. The dentist hurt me bad. I have a big sore under my tongue that hurt so bad I could not eat. I will be finding a new dentist after this procedure is complete. He's too brutal for me. It's been 2 weeks and the sore is almost gone. Just waiting for my permanent crowns. Hope he doesn't hurt me again.

Felt like doctor was going through the motions. Didn't explain what he was doing or give a plan. The experience was not "Ideal". We'll be looking elsewhere.

They are so friendly and professional. My first visit and they immediately took care of my 4 crowns with very little pain. I have had quite a bit of work done to my mouth and I must say they take their time and truly care about your discomfort. I would highly recommend them. The dentist assistant was awesome. He made me feel relaxed and cared for. The dentist is friendly and caring.

I cannot tell you how thankful I am to these kind people. It’s a Friday afternoon and I was in such pain that I decided I should be seen before the weekend. I called 3 other places to see if they could squeeze me in to no avail. But as soon as I spoke with Tori- she seemed to genuinely want to help and make it work. Then I had trouble with my insurance and she helped. Then my car broke on the way over and she reassured me and they still saw me. I’m just overwhelmed with gratitude for them. The dentist is very kind, warm and gentle and I’m just so dang thankful. Strongly recommend

My father is 75 years old and in pretty bad shape, so it gets stressful. We have been to several doctors over the last year and most have been a nightmare, NOT HERE! Amazing client care and customer service. Everyone was so polite and eager to help. They all made us feel at home. This team is AMAZING! I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you all so much.

I was very impressed with Ideal Dental in Denton. I had a tooth emergency and they were able to see me within 30 minutes of me calling them. Front staff was very friendly. Thankfully accepted my insurance, talked to me about what was covered and what I would pay out of pocket before the procedure. My dental hygienist was a delight, made me feel comfortable and very personable. Dr. Nicholson was great as well, explained what he would be doing and made me feel at ease.

The staff here is AMAZING! They were helpful and so very friendly. I took my daughter in and the doctors were great with her. She said they were gentle and loved that the doctor made sure she was ok throughout the process. They walked me through everything they were doing very thoroughly, showed me exactly what and where any issues were with her teeth and just included me in each step of her treatment. They answered every single question and we’re happy to do so. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience for asking so many questions. Bonus…. They have an Orthodontist in house! I will forever recommend them!

I cannot say good enough things about Ideal Dental in Denton. They are always going above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of! Dr. Nicholson is very communicative and understanding, and I trust his treatment plans! I have 3 young kids and they are extremely patient with them, and even making them laugh during the appointment! If you’re looking for a family like practice, look no further!
