Very clean, fast, and professional service. They also handled a 3 year old patient incredibly well! Definitely our new family dentist office. ️

I'm very pleased with the dentist and reception at this office. They're very patient and explain everything very well to me. I've had a few bad experiences with the other dentist in the past which make
me leery to go to the dentist. However I can say that's not the case anymore.

Issai was very welcoming, friendly and patient during my appointment. I have always had a difficult time taking xrays at previous locations but he made it so easy. Overall he provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs because of how professional and courteous he is.

Do not go here! My wife ordered a retainer and they provided her with whitening strips. She had to get rescanned for the retainer.
I had a worse experience with my Invisalign. First, they did not tell me they would have to shave portions of my teeth. I would not have done it if that was disclosed. Second, they had me scan after my 16th tray for additional trays. When I came to pick up the additional trays they said they didn't have them and there was a mix up.
Additionally, when I went in for a cleaning, they claimed I had glue on the back of my teeth from an issue 10 years ago. I have been going to Ideal Dental for years and have seen multiple dentists there. The dentist I've seen lately said I'd need to pay $150 to remove the glue. This issue was never brought up before. I refused to pay and they said the glue came off during regular cleaning. The staff is nice but the amount of errors are beyond frustrating. Combining the errors with the obscene amount of texts/emails about using my benefits (despite just going there) has made the experience a headache. I do not recommend.

Update on 12/7/2022:
Ideal called to confirm an appointment for Friday, for the new Invisalign trays. After I confirmed I asked if they had the trays because I was assured they would confirm before I would come in. I'm glad I asked! New trays are not coming in for another week. I would.have showed up, again, and told they don't have them. Wow.

The entire staff was great. They made me feel comfortable, welcome, and explained treatment process very well. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am a patient that gets bad anxiety when I go to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. They are really nice and informative of giving me the perfect routes to go to help me have a healthier smile.

Amazing staff from the front to the back! You'll feel very welcome and taken care of here. The doctor even took the time to put chapstick on my daughters dry lips. Amazing dentist location!

UPDATE:

I went to see a different dentist today, with a great reputation, and the dentist said I have ZER0 cavities. The dentist here told me I had EIGHT. Insane. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a terrible experience here. I was told that for $19, I would receive x-rays, dental cleaning, and an evaluation with the dentists. Apparently that was a complete lie. Even though I presented proof that I was told this, they refused to honor it and charged me anyway. Also, the dentist told me that I had 8 cavities, which was absolutely a way for Ideal Dental to scam me and get my money. I have very good teeth and have never had a single cavity. Honestly, I would not recommend Ideal Dental to anyone. Go to a family dentist if you can afford it. The chains just want to get your money.

Terrible communication went in for massive toothache determine the teeth needed to be pulled was told I had an option to go to an oral surgeon or they would take care of it so after an hour sitting in pain I'm told I have to go to an oral surgeon wasted all that time still left in pain they needed to give me a treatment plan what do I need them to plan a treatment for if they're not going to do anything

Best dentist ever! They are honest and really try to work with and improve the oral health of their patients. I've been a patient here for three years

update August 2022 I am still a patient here and enjoy coming here! The staff is amazing

The name said it's all Ideal Dental, from, the minute you enter the building they attend to your needs, from start to finish, the assistance, the doctors, oh my goodness both front desk secretary are such a sweet heart they attended to all my needs. This the best Dental I ever experienced. Both adults and kids, I even had my kids goes to them and they love its.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for how loving and kind y'all were the whole team honestly but I want to give a special thanks to Aurelia at the front she made sure I got all the help I needed and was very sincere and I wanted say thank you to sam at the front desk as well for making me feel welcome and being so funny and kind

Miss Arellia was the best part of my visit! She is personable, thorough, and just so sweet. My dentist, I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet and spoke to us about everything throughly. And she had amazing eyebrows! Thank you both for making this visit so pleasurable!

I have been going to Ideal Dental at this location for over a year now, and I LOVE it. I have seen several receptionist staff as well as 2 dentists at this office in that time. The current dentist. Dr. K, is absolutely fantastic! I also adore the staff that work there, Sam and Aurelia - they are so kind and great at their jobs! Every time I call their office they are kind and so helpful! If you’re considering a new dental office, I HIGHLY recommend this office!

The staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable of all my questions! My visit started on time and helped me as a patient feel most comfortable! Shout out to Ms. Aurelia, Ms. Samoiyah, Ms. Suzette and Dr. Joseph!

This location has been the best. The experience from walking through the door, figuring out my payment plan, and checking out…. The ladies at the front desk were PHENOMENAL! Thank you Samoiyah and Aurelia for being so kind and helpful. Going to the dentist is always makes me anxious but these ladies have made my visit AMAZING!

The front office helped me well, doctors were nice and perfect with my exam. Everything about this place was great. I totally recommend.
