Was not kept waiting beyond my appointment time. Dentist and staff were all friendly and efficient and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner.

I had an appointment October 12th, 2023. When I got there, they told me that my appointment had been canceled. They said that text messages were sent to me, notifying of the cancelation, and told me they tried to call me. No apology. After I drove the 40 minutes back home, I checked. No calls, no emails, no text messages. I now have a new dentist!

My wife referred to iDental, was good fast and affordable.
So after he checked on my concern of pressure/ear ache on right side. Popped off one long crown, covering 3 teeth. He made temporary crowns - three separate the way it was supposed to be done. This dentist is seriously good. Lovely staff & all smiling.

I have been going to Ideal Dental for about two years. I was very nervous to go into the dentist because of the condition of my teeth. They were so helpful and supportive. They have helped me so much in improving my dental care and dental health. I am so appreciative of everything they do! Highly recommend to anyone!

Practice is professional in all areas, administrative personnel, hygienists and Dr. Burdette all are excellent.

I was out a crown and they were able to fix it with a bridge in the same day with affordable payments without trying to sell me on so much extra. The dentist (I can’t remember his name) was very kind and his skills were without and discomfort to me. Cj is very kind as well I wish I could name them all yet idk thier names they are all very nice and such a great place to go! Thank you for helping me not be toof-less

I've been very pleased with all of my visits here. From medical paperwork, billing, availability, prescriptions.etcetera.the Doctors and office staff have made my experiences seamless and as pain free as possible. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

I went in for severe pain in my wisdom tooth. They took a look and determined it would be best to pull it. Numbed me up and took it out! In and out in an hour! Amazing! I have been going here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone there!

Ideal Dental in New Braunfels has curiosity receptionist, the dentist answered all of my concerns and made recommendations for better teeth.

Went in today and all I can say was AMAZING. I was in and out no problems! Evelyn and Teresa made my day with talking to them! Ariel, Ryan, and CJ all helped me with checking in on me and making sure I understood everything with the treatment process! Last but not least Dr. Burdett was awesome! Best dentist I’ve ever had! Made it quick, easy, and painless! I’m so happy to have found them and will be recommending to everyone!

My son had extensive work done here. We paid them a lot of money. They have had months to fix the issue. They have not. The gatekeeper (Angeline) was extremely rude to my husband and myself. Now they are trying to charge us 1,000 in addition to the several thousand they have received. They have gone through at least 2 dentists in the past several months, which meant that my son did not have consistency for a very lengthy process. I will have to send documentation to The Texas Board of Dental Examiners. I just wish they could have done the job correctly- that is always the desired outcome.
