I love coming to ideal dental. They are the best! Starting from the front office girls to my hygienist Krista and Dr. Herrera. I can count on having an amazing smile every time I get my teeth cleaned.

As always, my experience here is the best ever. I travel almost 20 miles just to see Dr. Hererra. I will continue to come here no matter what.

Dr. Herrera and the staff here are always wonderful to be around. They’re thorough and professional; they give dentistry a good name!

This office is wonderful. I have referred all my coworkers and family members to THIS location, cause I know they will be in the best care. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by LaTricia with a huge smile and a positive atmosphere during check in. She is always so sweet. Beatrice (the office manager) is professional and extremely nice. I had a issue where my temporary partial didn't fit, and she with out hesitation got on the phone and had the company fix it right away. My wait time has been 5 mins or less. Your appointment time, is your appointment.thats A PLUS PLUS WITH ME, cause I am a working mom with kids! Krista, the hygienist is AMAZZZING! She is patient and explains every step of your procedure. Dr. Herrera is the best doctor, hands down! He listens to your concerns, tells you whats in your best interest, and explains the steps to get you to the health teeth goal line. You can TRUST and BELIEVE in what Dr Herrera is suggesting for your personal treatment plan. I have been to alot of dentist offices in the DFW area, and NO DOCTOR is as thorough and professionally educated with bed side manners as Dr Herrera. LOVE LOVE LOVE, this office!

Dr. Herrera and his staff are wonderful! Mine was a first time visit. They professionally assessed what was needed and presented my options with pricing. They did not pressure me at all but provided me with exactly what I needed to make an informed decision. Their pricing was very reasonable. The work that he did the day I was there was exceptional. He is very careful and gentle. His staff is very kind and helpful.

I am terrified of dentists and you guys put me at ease! Dr. Herrera is super gentle. Also the wait time in lobby has always been short.

I had read a ton of reviews on these types of offices and really did not have much trust going in and very hesitant. First time visiting Ideal Dental was 6 months ago. My husband and 2 daughters had cleanings and my daughter had work done. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Hong worked on my husband and explained the work needed in my daughter. Everything went well so we rescheduled for all of us to have cleanings and just recently visited again. It was another great experience. Dr. Regan is the dentist that worked on my crown and advised of all the work I needed. Up front he said, it could have to be a root canal. But good news was it was only a crown. He was very kind and professional. It was the best experience I've ever had with getting shots and having my teeth drilled on. I could of napped. Edith was the assistant and was sweet. Tara was the best with explaining cost and what insurance would pay. She was very helpful. I ask a lot of questions and she was very kind, patient, and professional. I waited to write the review to have gone there myself and also having more than one experience. I can honestly say this an office that is trustworthy and honest. Tara will do all she can to help you understand the billing and how insurance will pay. But I would suggest also do your homework and contact your insurance company for yourself. Thank you Tara and all who made our experience wonderful!

Dr Herrera and ALL the girls are wonderful at Ideal Dental. My family has been going there since they 1st opened about 5 years and we finally have been seeing Dr. Herrera for at least 4 of them. We are so happy with his professionalism and knowledge. He has done at least 5 crowns on me and he is amazing at what he does. I cannot say enough about all of the staff. We appreciate and love them all! All of the staff are kind, caring, and so very sweet and professional. We are a family of 6 and the staff go out of their way to make sure we are all taken care of.

I really love the staff here! Beginning with the ladies at the front they are always so nice and welcoming, Kristen, my hygienist is professional and she is great at putting me at ease while she is educating me on continuing to care for my teeth. I also enjoy talking to her. Dr Herrera is really a great Dentist and very kind. This office makes it easy to come to the Dentist!

Dr Herrera is awesome! He has worked on my family’s teeth for over a year and we are all very please with our experiences. I have had extensive work done. He is kind, patient, considerate and a very good dentist! Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. They have an in-office insurance plan that is affordable. I would give him 6 stars if I could! He is my favorite dentist! Thank you for taking care of my family’s teeth!

Worst experience. Money minded people. Don’t have respect to customer time. Went at 2.50pm for 3pm appointment, after taking X-ray and consultations, the lady said at 3.45pm she can’t do normal cleaning as it was late and will do deep cleaning in next appointment. Money is the motive and not service oriented.

This place blew me away. As someone who dreaded going to the Dentist this place was totally different than the previous Dentist I used to go to. The ladies at the front were very polite and helped me figure out the paperwork without any hassle. Dr. Herrera is very professional and walks with you all of his concerns and he will prioritize for you things that should get fixed. I look forward to continuing to come to Ideal Dental.

Skilled and considerate staff, very personable and proficient from the front desk to the techs, hygienist and Dentist, my first visit was a enjoyable experience. Also, thanks Dr. Herrera for clear explanations and painless fillings. Wow! They have blankets and neck pillows, my favorite! GREAT JOB to ALL!

I have reached out to your office numerous times. There resolution was. Pay us money, or we will ruin your credit. First I was told the blank invoice you sent with just a total was for upgraded filling. Then I was told it was for a night guard which you scared my wife into by saying. "This is one of the worst cases of teeth grinding I have ever seen. " Funny that everyone I speak to who has visited Ideal is told the same thing. As long as you bill me and ruin my credit, I will let everyone I know what scam is being ran. Maybe inform the insurance companies you seem to not know how to work the xray machines being u also tell everyone how they have "deep teeth roots" and need to re-take the same xray 10 times.

After going into Ideal dental having my
insurance maxed out in 1 day and then paying $1200.00 out of pocket, I received a bill in the mail. This bill was for a couple of hundred dollars but had no description of why I owed that money. My wife called and was told my insurance did not cover "upgraded fillings. " Being that I was never given the option of upgraded fillings end that I was told the day I was in for service what my insurance would and would not cover I was kind of surprised. I always that insurance was verified before work was done. However, once my wife told me this I then proceeded to call into the office and they told me that they had never spoken to my wife and gave me a completely different reason as to why the bill came. When my wife and I were in the office they told my wife that she had the worst case of teeth grinding they had ever seen and she needed a night guard. When I called them they said this was not covered by my insurance and that is what the bill was for. The more people I talk to about ideal Dental, the more I figure out they give everyone the same story as a scare tactic. On another note when I was having my root canal and cap, I was told they could not see my roots they were very deep so they needed to take numerous amounts of X-rays. Funny thing is, when I share my story with others who have been to ideal Dental they had the same miraculous Deep Roots. I hope one day I can find a dentist office that doesnt try to upsell you services & items you dont need with scare tactics, and use tricks to bill the insurance company more than they need to. This is why insurance rates keep climbing in this country. People in the health industry overbilling for things that are unnecessary. At first glance ideal Dental seems like a great place but once a few layers were pulled back they seem like just another temporary storefront in a strip mall trying to make a quick buck off of honest people. I would not recommend ANY ideal dental to anyone.

I used to hate going to the dentist as a kid, but this place takes that anxiety away! The people here are great, and I feel comfortable getting worked on. I really appreciate how awesome everyone here is. This is a bit further out for me, but it's well worth it. I am excited to continue to come here, gotta keep the smile happy!

I had the best experience with Dr Herrara my first root canal went so pain free. I came back for all dental works with Family. We will make the travel to get that pain free tender loving care. He also had payment plan for when I had some life struggles. The staff is most important and very courteous nice just like Family. I completely recommend this ideal dental

Alright, honestly. I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist and I really don't like to be touched. Dr. Herrera and his staff are very considerate, communicate well, and set clear expectations for me. It had been more than 10 years since I had a dentist do anything to my teeth so I was a wreck getting a few fillings done. Bree told me what to expect and kept making sure I was comfortable, Dr. Herrera told me what he was doing and encouraged me while he was working.
I cannot express how grateful I am to have found him and this team!

Was sent here from Cornerstone Dental after they screwed up with my teeth. Went in for an upper partial. Went in for TWO fittings and when it was delivered it did NOT fit properly. Dr Herrea told me it was MY fault it didn't fit! Of course I got UPSET, $1200.00 for a partial and it was INCORRECT and had shifted my bite so much my TMJ started up again! After numerous calls, again, to someone claiming to be management of the corporation, which includes Cornerstone Dental, I was told they would remake the partial. They didn't it was the SAME one they had delivered to me originally! Again my attorney told me it was useless to sue! DON'T GO HERE! I am now in Florida and have found a great dentist. It has cost me another $3,000.00 but my teeth, the crowns from Cornerstone and the partial from Ideal have been replaced and are now great! My new dentist stated he would have testified for me because it was the WORST dentistry he had ever seen! Too bad it has been too long to sue!

Response from "the practice" sounds wonderful! When I called right after the mistreatment I was told, "TOO BAD! " We don't guarantee ANY of our work! They NEVER did ANYTHING to fix any of the procedures I was tortured through! I am STILL getting bone passing from the broken pulled teeth!

And now here it is FOUR months after their response and they have NOT contacted me, my phone number is the same as when I was a patient there! A FULL refund and the cost of replacing the partial! I have spent $3,000 om their WHOLE MESS UP!

I received a call 10/8/18 from the "new manager" of Ideal Dental, she stated that she would look into the matter and get back to me in a week, that was 10/15/18. I have not heard from her at all! Do NOT go to IDEAL DENTAL or CORNERSTONE DENTAL! They are unprofessional and want only MONEY!
