Save yourself the pain and stay away. Made an appointment for a broken tooth, crown, and root canal. Dentist was an hour late and told me to come back after lunch to get my crown fixed even though my appointment was at 1030! I had an appointment the next day but when I called the front staff to confirm they could not find my treatment plan. In fact they couldn’t find it for days and it’s taken days to get a referral for an oral surgeon for a broken tooth I went in on the 20th for! I hope I don’t get a nasty infection from waiting on this office to do their job. All I was told was “sorry the dentist is new. ” Being a new dentist does not excuse not doing a proper treatment plan and referrals she said herself I needed. If you need a good dentist there’s many around the area. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment or I would have never stepped foot in that place.

Not my best experience. Communication is definitely not clear ever. I regret having my sons braces done here and any other appointment.

I took time off work to get a crown. Sat in the chair and got vitals. Then they told me that my crown wasn’t in and would be at least another week.

I was experiencing a dental emergency on Sat.and was able to be seen early Monday morning. (I called several other dentists who could see me in a month.) I arrived early and was seen almost immediately, they evaluated the problem, gave me options, listened to my concerns, and we made a plan to take care of the situation right then. They checked with my insurance and gave me the cost before they started. No surprises!
Dr Dawson made sure I was numb and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I was on my way home within a couple of hours.
I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and just being in a dentist office. Everyone at Ideal Dental was so kind and gentle and helped me feel safe and comfortable.

Everything and everyone there was fantastic I was a little short on time the day I visited and wished things went just a bit faster but all and all it was a wonderful experience and they did squeeze me in at the last minute which I appreciated dearly, again they have a great staff & it's a great place! My latest visit wasn't that great, I felt as if I was there to see how much money they could get out of me, and I didn't feel to good about that and their approach

I can't remember the lady's name who helped me today but she was so kind and supportive of my situation. I felt completely taken care of and reassured.

Staff was polite and cleaning was pain free. However, their exam fee did not include teeth cleaning and this was not transparently explained. The office manager waiting until after I had the teeth cleaning performed and then came into the room to get my credit card and tell me the charge for cleaning was $199. They told me the price after their Dr had performed the teeth cleaning.they tried charging me an additional $80 for the fluoride rinse after. Not transparent and very shady. Definitely do not recommend.

I've been using Ideal Dental for the last several years. Good follow up on appointments and never have to wait. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is straight. I get my root canal on 28th. People get mad because they are in pain. They are excellent professionals and I highly recommend them!

Love going to my dentist. Girls are friendly and helpful. Dentist is caring and explains everything in detail. Highly recommend!

Efficient staff. They treat you with respect and dignity. They are gentle with your teeth.

Too many red flags for me! I've only been here ONCE and from the looks of it this dental office seems very unorganized! At my first visit I arrived ON TIME for my scheduled appointment and to my surprise the door was locked with a note on it saying they were "closed for lunch". I (along with a few other people) had to stand outside and wait for them to end lunch and unlock the doors. X-ray and exam went great but they didn't follow through with returning my calls for scheduling follow up treatment AND the receptionist sent my documents to someone else's email address! Today I tried to book an appointment for oral surgery (without sedation) but was told by the receptionist that the oral surgeon wouldn't be able to do it because "he only likes to pull wisdom teeth with sedation". Then she told me she would speak to the general dentist to see if he could perform the services needed. Well I never heard back from her! So I guess it's safe to say that
they didn't need my business! Sucks that I wasted my time and gas going to this dental office!

The two Beautiful young ladies that dip my tooth was outstanding! This is a loving an caring group of dentists and dental assistance I ever been to!

Front desk people are always pleasant and helpful. Offices are always very clean. I love all up to date technology they use. TV’s in rooms pass time while having work done. Really like Dr Dawson.

I have major anxiety however the doctor was very patient and gentle. My experience was completely different than what I expected. He definitely made me a fan and a long term customer. Great service and a kind and gentle doctor.
