SCAM. The “$39 SPECIAL” is very misleading! They definitely make you think you get the full exam/X-rays and cleaning for $39 and then once you’re there AFTER the “exam” BEFORE the cleaning they come in to have you sign papers stating the cleaning will be over $200. We’ll never be back!

My son chipped his front tooth in half over the weekend and I was on a desperate search for a dentist that could fix it. I got a hold of Ideal Dental and they saw my son the same day and got him all fixed up. We were very satisfied with the service and the staff was absolutely amazing. My son was completely calm and relaxed while getting his dental work done without any laughing gas or anesthesia that's how good the doctor was. I really appreciate them for all they have done and we definitely plan to stick with them.

Waited 1 1/2 hour to be seen, only to be put in a room and told it would be another 25 minutes because they are sterilizing an instrument they needed to use - and then told I could reschedule.

Very happy with our first visit. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. My wife sent me to fill out all the first time patient paperwork for my daughter. Let's just say I wasn't prepared!

I had 5 root canal’s done with only one day after my consultation. I had a great staff that scheduled me in with my military insurance quickly because I was in a great deal of pain. The surgery went very smoothly and the endontist was very professional and gentle with me. I’m now a customer for life!

Love this place. Always friendly, thorough, and you get in for your appointment when scheduled. Never have I ever waited for more than 5 minutes after checking in. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth this time did a wonderful job. Sorry I don’t remember your name.

Everyone was really nice but they spend the entire time trying to upsell you on things. My teeth are basically straight and I had three different people try pressuring me into Invisalign in a five minute span, plus some other upsells. I just wanted my teeth cleaned lol

The deep cleaning session was a bit rushed on me. And enough anesthetic was not used. It was highly uncomfortable cleaning session. The xray tech was friendly and courteous. Two stars for that.

Never go to this place the office is very nasty and smelly the front desk lady Sarah was very unprofessional and incompetent. Stay away.

My wife has Alzheimer’s and the entire team was great dealing with her special needs. Everyone was great!
