Ideal Dental Teasley, Denton TX

My visit was for normal cleaning which I can’t done because from doctor’s concern my tooth are not in the situation to do normal cleaning, it’s need deep clean. Little confusing for me as to saw my allover oral and tooth report they said it’s not that in bad condition but still they don’t wanted to do normal cleaning. I asked them to show the picture to their board that I am in which position, got to know between 2-3 from 1to6, then why my tooth needs deep clean that’s really my concern. Last I got to for my deep clean I need to pay more than $1500 out of pocket. Which is quite impossible for me and they didn’t do any normal cleaning…
And the reception area was not good at all, as long as I was there getting very bad smell.
But the nurse who had taken all of my tooth exam, she was really wonderful, kind and expert on her work.

Getting a next day appointment was very important to me and I was able to get one. Also, the procedure was explained to me step by step without rushing. Highly recommend this place!

I posted a positive review for this practice because I WAS happy that the bridge I had put in approximately 4 years ago was replaced (No one wants to go around with a missing bridge.the teeth underneath are very ugly). Unfortunately, I should NEVER have posted a positive review of Ideal Dental Teasley Lane, Denton, TX. This practice made me pay for a NEW bridge ($2500+) and told me there was no warranty on the first bridge because I hadn't come to THEIR OFFICE to have cleanings done BY THEM after the original bridge was put in (I was NEVER told I had to have cleanings done BY THEM in order to have a warranty on the original bridge). I have another bridge in my mouth that I've had for over 30 years, yet this bridge lasted only 4 years?

I have tried and tried to delete the review I placed on their website and have reached out to their office numerous times. I have done everything Google said I needed to do, and yet this office has continued to tell me THEY cannot delete the review I previously submitted.

I find it interesting that the only reviews you will see on their website are positive reviews. Wonder why? Because this office only cares about MONEY!: (

The last time I was there I was told I needed to have a "deep cleaning", yet one of their dental assistants said my teeth looked pretty good "for someone my age".

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRACTICE. AGAIN, ALL THEY ARE AFTER IS THE MONEY. They could CARE LESS about your mouth and the work you ACTUALLY need to have done.

Really felt comfortable here. I have a slight fear of the dentist and everyone here was very kind and understanding. It was very appreciated!

When I came in today I was super worried about my teeth because they’ve been bothering me and so when I came in the front desk lady was rude and just brushed me off and then when she called me back I was introduced to another lady that was super nice and actually seemed concerned about what was going on the she said the dentist was going to come in and he didn’t introduce himself or ask me what was going on he just went ahead looked at my tooth and then told me what I needed to get done and left didn’t. I have a decaying tooth and the gum is growing into it and I was worried about it but he didn’t ask me if I had any questions or if anything was hurting or something, then after when the other person came in he told me what everything costed and I was like yeah well let me talk with my family about it I was definitely not getting my teeth done there I’ll go across the street to the dentist by Kroger because they’re nice and more concerned about what is going on.

Very inviting and a great experience. Did not have to wait long and everything was sorted quickly.

Staffs are Friendly, cooperative in scheduling for appointments, empathizing during visit. They send reminders as needed.

This is a very lovely office. The dentist and staff are very friendly. However, at this location, I was told that I had cavities when I did not. I scheduled an appointment with another dentist, who said my teeth were fine.

Once everything got settled everyone was wonderful, all staff was friendly and very helpful and made me feel at ease. Will continue to use them as I work towards getting my dental health right.

Went to get a root canal. In-service with my dental insurance so insurance covered half. Reasonable cost. Friendly folks. Went over any questions I had. Will be going back again. Also, they have Saturday appointments. Wish every dental place did that

The care and expertise are fine. The over-selling of procedures is ridiculous with their assumption that everyone has insurance. We do not, and routinely tell them what we are coming for on each visit. The systemic gouging of insurance and clients is a shame. We will be looking for another place, possibly in the Ideal dental family, but not this office as a pattern has proven itself.

Folks here were able to get me in to see the dentist the same week versus a month from now.
I’d have given 5 stars however only one person said hello and gave their name. I expected the doctor to introduce himself but that didn’t happen.
The care I received was great and I had a same day root canal and temporary crown… so that was amazing.
4 outta 5 isn’t bad, that not introducing yourself is a minus one for me.

Everyone was super nice and patient! I was super comfortable the entire appointment and they were really great about communicating everything they were doing. I'd highly recommend coming here!

Great experience. Very nice team, from the dental assistant to the hygienist and dentist, to the front desk receptionist.

Worst dentist visit ever in my life and staff up front is very rude. Scheduling was wrong and how they speak to customer was unacceptable.

They ripped my wife and kid off. I had the same work done at a another dentist and our insurance covered it.they can cancel us for ever
