They did such a great job with my daughter's root canal. Totally recommend ideal dental.

I really Dont appreciate how the lady at the front desk discusses payments regarding dental work with people in the waiting room.

I love how fast they get you in and out! I never have any issues with insurance or my teeth afterward. I always look forward to seeing the hygienist every 6 months and we pick up where we left off

Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you about a great experience I had at ideal dental on 520 Kitty Hawk Rd, #130, Universal City, TX 78148. Entering the office, everyone was very kind. My wait in the lobby area was not long AT ALL. (thank you father God) Brittany Burt came and got me from the lobby. She was very professional. I appreciate people that love their job she gave me very good instructions on what was going to happen. And I would just like to say thank you Brittany for being such a fantastic dental assistant. She walked me through step-by-step. I would say Brittany is the number one dental assistant, The Best, dental assistant, I’ve had. Then Dr. Fawzy came in to do the work that I was getting done, and it was very easy to understand what he was saying do to Brittany’s pre-instructions. The doctor was very thorough very gentle and got the job done. I would like to thank them both. For such excellent work your patient forever Latonya

Love this office and staff. I broke a tooth and was in alot of pain. Amber was super helpful getting me in right away and made the check in process quick and easy. I was able to get out of pain and feel much better.

I had a great experience at ideal dental I got to be assigned to Brittany one of the assistant there and she was amazing!

I scheduled an extraction with this office. I requested to be put under anesthesia. The receptionist told me that would not be a problem. I was advised not to eat 8 hours prior & bring a driver. After not eating all day & arranging transportation I arrived for my appointment. The dental assistant told me “well you didn’t pay for anesthesia so it would be an extra charge” I stated I would be willing to pay. The staff made it very clear they did not want to accommodate me. It was scheduled incorrectly; it’s my guess they didn’t want the inconvenience of waiting for me to wake up. I was pressured by the medical staff into completing this procedure awake. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. Medical staff should always take the concerns & requests of patients seriously. That was not done here. The Dr.didn’t even introduce himself he just cranked my jaw open and pulled the tooth and left. No explanation on what to expect nothing. I was very uncomfortable with this situation. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice.

The front desk was so helpful with scheduling my appointment & the doctor and his staff were so gentle and explained everything to me in detail. I was really nervous and they offered me laughing gas. Can’t rave about my experience enough!

Ideal dental had been amazing! We went to 4 different dentist for my daughter and each one tried to refer us out. Ideal dental has gone over and beyond to help me get my children’s teeth taken care of. So very grateful. I didn’t even know if this location until I drove by it and so thankful that I did!

Paid for my cleaning up front because the rude Lady at the front deck said I had to. She was so rude on the phone I never went back. Never got the other side of my teeth finished, but she had me pay up front.

I love this place. Most people hate the dentist. This is the best office to go to. And Jailyn and Brittany are the best receptionist. Lots of love at this location.

Ideal dental in kit tay hawk is a phenomal dentistry office. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctors are kind and professional. Love it!

This is a update of previous comment below. I went for my six month cleaning, and they continue exceeding my expectations, especially Jessica, and Amanda, both are gentle and very professional. I will come back in 4 to 6 months for my regular check/cleaning. I recommend Ideal Dental.

Very professional and polite. They explained everything very well and answered all my questions. They are also competitively priced compared to other offices. I’m just happy I finally found a good dentist. Also the dental hygienist there is extremely nice and explains everything and gives very helpful tips on cleaning your teeth.
