The staff was friendly professional and made me feel at ease as this was my first time visiting this facility. I will definitely return to this location for future treatments.

I finally got into the Arlington office today. The staff was very nice. However I am dissatisfied with my experience. I inquired and consulted arm treatment. I was assured this was an area that was treatable. When I arrived at my appointment it was a different story. My nurse examined me and told me I would not be a good candidate for this treatment. Now mind you I have paid a deposit and now am being told I can not get a refund even though they can not treat the area I requested. So now they want me to have another area done. I am very unhappy and definitely will not recommend this company. I want nothing from this company but my money BACK!

Please go elsewhere! I had my underarms done as well as another area and I still have hair growing in both places after my YEAR of services as if I never gotten any treatments done! There’s also a high turnover with their staff, as I had a new girl every time and saw new faces every month I went in there for treatment, so I had to explain every time what I was getting done and what areas. One of the girls had even given me a bad burn during one of my treatments. Don’t waste your time, money or energy coming here, I would suggest that you seek another company for help with hair removal.

Do NOT waste your money on Coolsculpting! Spent 6k on multiple sessions just for the area to get BIGGER! Now I have to get surgery to fix the “rare” side effect which happens to be more common then they claim. They also claim to schedule a follow up visit to see your results and that was never provided to me.

I don’t understand how this company is still in business. Please folks save yourselves money, time and stress of doing business with this company. They charge you upfront for services; that right there is a red flag. I’m surprised I fell for this. Services aren’t cheap. Went in for cool sculpting, I had eight sessions without results. Cost me over $5k. They don’t schedule follow up visits after you complete treatments to assess the effectiveness and make further recommendations if need be. That’s what a typical business that cares about customer satisfaction would do. No wonder they can’t even keep their employees. Total rip off!

I think it will work in the long run, but I feel you should give patients the ointment after their treatments just in case they suffer with ingrowns/whiteheads/

There is not really an issue with this specific location and staff so much as there is with the call center and the actual ideal image company. They change policies without informing you and then there's nothing you can do to get a refund or any type of retribution. Also you will hear a lot of conflicting things about what exactly you are entitled to, so make sure you read your contract very very well. But in my case it didn't matter than I had read my contract very well, because they changed their terms and so the price went up and the benefits went down and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm so disappointed because I'm out $300 to a corporation that could certainly afford to refund it at least partially, since I have not used any of the supposed benefits that $300 was paying for. I don't recommend booking services here as you will definitely end up on the phone with their call center and get super frustrated multiple times.

I would give zero stars if that was an option, I had a horrible experience, I went in for a sculpt tone and was promise a tone abdomen. I did not have any results at the end of my 4 sessions. I spoke with corporate and ask to speak to a manager and a nurse called me back instead.she was being rude and even laughed at my situation. I was trying to see if they would give me another complementary session or at least any kind of refund.believe me I'm not the type of person to ever complain or do these type of reviews. I feel lied and robbed, this treatment cost me $2000 and was really hoping for results so I'm doing this review so no one falls for the same mistake I did.this company does fake advertisements all they want is to get paid and not meet costumers satisfaction.

The place is nice and the staff is friendly. It’s hard to reach anybody at the office directly to ask questions or reschedule. I’ve never been burned like my friend using Texas laser clinic we had treatments same time different business. However They will nickel and dime you to death. I have paid almost more in reschedule fees than my treatment package cost. It’s 50 dollars each time you need to reschedule an appt if it’s less than 24 hrs ahead. Even if it’s rescheduled before your actual appt. With my schedule Ideal image is not flexible enough. So they are not ideal for me. After these services I won’t return

HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY! Spent $10k and not ONE POMISE WAS KEPT! 0 RESULTS.then with scheduling 2 months away when I just spent that kinda money seriously? ! I'd give 0 stars if I could

I recently stopped at this office for my hair removal. My tech was Tabitha and she was friendly and very professional. I was nervous but she said things to keep me calm and it wasn't long and it was all done and I was on my way. An excellent first impression.

I am highly upset and feel deceived into and expensive treatment under the impression I was getting what was the ONLY reason I agreed to the service - after my recent and 2nd visit- I will be speaking to customer service about discontinuing the treatment as I was lied to just for a sale-. Just thinking about the virtual interview I had and how the representative assured and guarantee the results just to fine out thru the consultant at the office that what I was doing (under arms) would NOT remove the darkness that they do not have any service that would, is infuriating

If I could give no stars, I would. Cool Tone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, NOR TIME. This is a total rip-off. I lost no pounds, nor any inches. Lord! Please refund my money ALLY.

Tabitha was great. I’m at the stages where I’m over the pain now and I just like to come in and get it done. She was really good at making me comfortable and getting the job done quickly and she tried to make it as painless as possible. Will be coming back to her again!
