I have now been told by Colleyville and FTW that I will have a call from customer service regarding my experience and as of date I still have not. I have now had TWO appointments for treatments that I CAN NOT have due to a medical condition. Ideal Image has had my medical condition and history PRIOR to me choosing to be a client. Yet, I am scheduled for a procedure I show up and am told I can not have it. This Saturday I canceled an appointment that I had for something that was missed due to the ice storm and drove over 45 minutes to Colleyville to be told that ONCE again I can have treatment.
I feel like once you got my money and me to sign a contract EVERYTHING has changed. I have never had such POOR customer service or lack of care! I need to be contacted so that this can be rectified.

Danielle was my treatment provider today. She was excellent! I found her to be thoughtful and detail-oriented in her approach. She went above in beyond in ensuring my comfort and helping me to look my best!

Once I got to the actual treatment, things were fine. However, this 2 hr rule to complete a for.after someone makes an apt is a bit ridiculous. People work. I work in healthcare can can’t be in my phone all the time. I think y’all should expanse the 2 hrs to 24 hrs. I have a life time membership so I expect to be able to get my treatment after I make the apt

I have been a laser hair removal client of Ideal Image for 10 years. I’ve had three different areas treated. I have teenage daughters who also have had laser hair treatments. All 3 of us need touch ups. When I called Colleyville Ideal Image today to make appointments, I was told that I can only make a touchup appointment in the next 7 days or less, it’s a “new policy” to “make scheduling easier“. Apparently, touch ups can only be scheduled in the next 7 days or less. This policy change does the opposite for the customer. It makes scheduling a nightmare.

I am a busy working mom who has a packed schedule. Since I have three areas for laser hair removal, I need over an hour long appointment. Of course they have none in the next seven days and I can’t book after seven days because of this new policy I should add that I’m a client in excellent standing- I’ve never no-showed or been late. Incidentally, I was also told that touch-up prices have increased.

Therefore, there have been two policy changes which affect me. I never received notification of these policy changes, and now I am unable to make appointments more than seven days out, which is impossible if you have an hour long appointment like myself. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location to get a “lifetime warranty”, but that warranty is USELESS if I cannot get an appointment!

When I ask to speak to a manager, they say that someone in customer service will call me back, but that never happens. You have my cell phone on file and fail to reach out. Please advise how you are going to adequately service your clients in good standing like me who have needs which will not get met with you new policy. My advice-those of us like myself who already signed up for the program, are clients in good standing, spent thousands of dollars, and have the need for longer appointments should be exempt from this 7 day policy.

Apparently there is a huge disconnect between the people that sell you the service and the people that actually do it. I paid $870 and then called for an appointment, only to find out it would be more than a month before I could even start! If I had known the Colleyville location was that booked up I might have shopped around more. Why do I have to pay upfront and then find out you are too busy to help me?

Krista performed the procedure and she was amazing! Professional, friendly, fantastic personality and made me feel relaxed during what could have been a more uncomfortable procedure. I will definitely be requesting her for future appointments.

Atleast two of my appointments have been canceled at the last moment with no room to reschedule. If I did this I would have to pay $50. I expect you to do the same! This was at the Plano location. I was scheduled for the colleyville location without telling me. So I traveled 45 minutes instead of waiting 4 weeks for another appointment! Very poor customer ideal image!

I get a text stating I could get $300 off lip filler and I ask then the lady said I should sign up for coupons etc I would get $100 off each one up to $300 off and I’m a member $250 a year for what? She quoted me at &537.50 per a syringe instead of $575 that’s a slap in the face I can go to any other salon and get a Bigger discount without paying $250 enrollment.

They always take care of me, then again I’ve been going since 2012. Todays administrator was very friendly and easy to converse, making the process go by very smooth and quick.

I really enjoy having Nurse Emily do my laser hair removal treatments. She is very knowledgeable and makes me super comfortable. She also helps alleviate some of the discomfort to sensitive areas by applying slight pressure after each laser “pop. ”

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I showed up about 5 minutes early and had no wait. They worked efficiently and were very nice.

The Colleyville Ideal Image is my favorite location. Everyone there is always so sweet and helpful. They make my sessions go by so quickly and they really take there time making you comfortable.

I do not recommend it, review if you are candidate for the process is done after payment, I had been told I am not candidate 2 times and was told cannot get my money back.

In less than 24 hours after signing up for the lifetime plan, we were advised by a doctor not to proceed due to my prior history and surgery for melanoma (skin cancer) removal. We contacted Ideal Image Corporate to indicate our desire to cease and desist and we received a phone call from corporate indicating they had received our claim and were contacting us to discuss. The telephone number given was a phone number that rang once and went straight to voicemail ANY time we called (attempted at odd hours of the day and early evening/late afternoon). We have since left 16 voicemail messages requesting a callback at two separate telephone numbers (in case I could not be reached and given it was my husband’s account information used to purchase the plan). I even loaded the phone number were the contact was first made from “corporate” to my contacts so that my spam blocker on my phone would allow the call to ring through. It has been over 3 weeks now and we have been told time and time again that “this will definitely be rectified, we are submitting another case for you with a high priority, etc.etc.etc…. To me, this company is obnoxious and WILL NOT ASSIST YOU OR WORK WITH YOU IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, or FORM and the professionalism is NILL. There is no Manager ever “available” to speak to and NOTHING is getting resolved. I am now getting bills for services I can not physically undertake and have not received… so now my CREDIT is being affected as well. I am disgusted. Good luck if you attempt to utilize this company. I promise you you are MUCH better off going with a more customer friendly service provider.

My Experience was Amazing. She took the time to explain everything. I felt completely comfortable with her, her knowledge was amazing and I feel she was being genuinely honest about her answers to my questions.

My tech was super awesomeness, detailed, great energy, very knowledgeable and friendly. The machine did its job too and I will check when I get home how my skin is.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and neat. Masks are still mandatory, which is fine with me. I feel comfortable and safe when there.
