I should have done this sooner! I’ve been having my legs treated and now I don’t have to shave them! It saves me time in the morning so I can sleep in a few more minutes. The laser kind of feels like a rubber band snapping. You can feel it, but it’s not too painful. Completely worth it. The staff is so friendly too (I’ve had Dawn a few times and I love her!), so it’s easy to chat through my appointments and they’re usually less than 20 minutes.

Experience was great. Staff was friendly and personable. Manager was really awesome taking time to talk to me afterwards and ensure experience was GREAT.

I needed a laser treatment for the 12 hairs in my chin area. In the consultation Vanessa marked an entire upper lip, chin and under chin as the areas to be treated. She did NOT even look where the hair are. So full laser for regions where there is no hair.
The best is yet to come: She came up $4500 as the cost but pretended to give me a discount for $3000. For 12 individual hairs. Shameless.
I recently had a very small surgery which the entire procedure cost me and the insurance $6000 which I thought was exorbitant.
What upsets me in San Antonio is people in places like these think that with their very limited background and knowledge they can fool you. Let me add I am a periodontist with a PhD.
One other thing with the Ideal Image location at Vineyard smelled horrid. They said it is due to remodelling but this really was horrific and seemed like a more of a hygiene issue. They should have closed their doors during the renovation or until they figured out the source of the odor. It cannot be good for those who work there as well.
I will continue to look for an honest business.this one was not it.

The staff here is amazing. I'm on session 5 (4 left) and I already see a 90% difference. It has absolutely boosted my self esteem.

I LOVE Ideal Image. I am currently getting my legs and bikini area treated, and it has changed my life. Shaving was painful for me, razor burn, bumps, and very time consuming. I was tired of having to make time for it, and even having to chose my outfits according to whether I was shaved or not. It was embarrassing not to be smooth shaved, and embarrassing to have shave bumps. Getting this treatment done has saved time in MANY ways, and helped me emotionally be able to be ME without insecurities about leg and bikini hair. I HIGHLY recommend Ideal Image to everyone, men and women. The staff is beyond caring, fun, gentle, and makes you feel like a part of their family. This was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made and I hope you make the same for YOURSELF too! Much love!
