This place was easy to find and the folks were friendly and warm. They helped me through the process with easy to follow instructions and even called ahead to my next appointment for me and gave me directions to get there.

Teresa, Stephanie, Marcus and Ruby should be on tour showing the world how an office is supposed to run efficiently. Instead they're right here in Waco Texas scanning brains. So if you need your brain scanned and you like friendly folks with diet cokes, this is the spot for you!

Teresa and Stephanie got some sodas up front. Ruby makes a great guide in pointing you from room to room.

Then there's dj Magikmarcus.this cat daddy has the stacks of wax from gwar to garth.he's got Ray Charles and Ray Steven's. Dude had ocean sounds, bird sounds, even a retro video game soundtrack on standby.

If you're like me and you like a break amidst your magnetic imaging for.oh say.a tourniquet and a needle in the arm. Marcus is the man.

Sheryl, Teresa, Stephanie, and Leslie were amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful, and accommodating. Our experience was phenomenal!

My husband was walking on his own last Wednesday, but on Friday, he was really struggling and needed a walker. Yesterday, both hands started tingling. Today, Monday, both his legs are numb from the knee down, and he can’t walk without the walker and a lot of human assistance. I called his pain doctor and they ordered a MRI, but scheduling was out 2 weeks. No thank you. My husband can’t walk on his own, and we are not equipped to handle this alone at home. Called ideal MRI in the Central Texas Marketplace and they had a cancellation, 5 minutes before my calling them. God was watching over us, because they were about to work on filling the spot, but instead, answered the phone and got us in at 3: 15 today, and was even able to get authorization from his insurance company, and we didn’t even have a co-pay. Very friendly and professional, and assisted my husband in getting to the MRI room so I didn’t have to worry about him. Now, staying positive that his Doctor will read it and let us know what we’re facing. Awesome service, ideal MRI & Teresa! Thank you so very much!

Wonderful experience. The lady’s at the front desk Stephanie and Teresa were awesome. They were welcoming and kind. They offered beverages and made sure I was comfortable. Marcus the Tech made things as comfortable as possible. Even asking what music I would like to listen to. I will definitely return if needed.

I had heard about Ideal from a friend and then when my copay was $1600 at the hospital I decided to go to Ideal. Cheryl, Teresa, Stephanie, and Ruby were amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful.service. We didn’t feel like just another number.

I had my first MRI at Ideal today. From the time I walked in the front door I was treated awesome, front desk staff were very nice, professional and friendly and the young man who did my MRI was the same. I would highly recommend Ideal MRI!

I've used Ideal MRI several times and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff Teresa and Stephanie are always super nice on the phone and in-person and make scheduling easy. The facility is very nice and the MRI technician Cheryl is always friendly, professional, and consistently checks to make sure you're comfortable during the scan. Highly recommended for those needing MRI services!

The staff are great they did everything to make my dad feel comfortable the clinic is very clean they give you a CD of your MRI which is amazing

Darlene was fantastic. She made sure I was good and understood the length of the MRI. She did everything to make a not so great test be as pain free and as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend Ideal MRI and Darlene!

Great customer service from start to finish. The staff said they would give me a call back an in fact did so just like they said they would. The scan administrator was very professional and helpful even with me not being super comfortable due to being new to the process. Overall great experience from super friendly staff.
