Dan has been our exterminator for several years. He is always punctual, friendly and knowledgable. He is a pleasure to work with.

Mike Matzen is absolutely fantastic! He is a top professional, but also extraordinarily courteous and kind. Ever since Mike took over our pest control we haven't seen a single bug or critter. Many thanks to Mike for a job very well done.

Moved over to Ideal Pest Control after a fantastic job done by their HVAC services team. The entire Ideal group is a first-class business with excellent staff. Ideal Pest Control's timeliness, communication, and ease of doing business make me a long term customer of all their services.

Joined them 2 weeks ago. Used my own Mosquito fogger, web pole, Spreader and a number of other things. Still hadn't received proper tools to perform my job correctly they brought me in to let me go. No one there could give me a good reason as to why. Very vague reasons that didn't make sense. Not to mention I had no interaction with anyone on their procedures treatments or how they wanted things done. They did this at noon. So now I had to interrupt my wifes day to come pick me up. Seems to me like they are trying to cover themselves for not training and supply equipment properly. Needless to say, the most unprofessional thing in this industry I have ever been a part of. The management that supposedly came to this decision was not even available to speak with. All on vacation. If it were possible to rate 0 stars I would. Something tells me I'm not alone.

I have been using this company for approximately 15 years from our old home, our rental, and now in our new home. It's always very easy and quick to get an appointment. They are friendly and have always met our needs. I have referred several people to them and they have told me thank you for getting them in touch with such a great company! I will never use anybody else!

They came to get rid of cockroaches, suppose to retuned in two weeks and never showed up and I had an appointment.cockroaches still here, set another appointment and they re-sprayed, and said office would call and set up and follow thru after a thanksgiving, again no call. Called to speak with a manager, no one available, then the service Teck called, with a lot of excuses. Asked again for a manager to give me a call with no response. Would not recommend this company

Talvin is an amazing technician. My Wife was extremely impressed with his professionalism & the service he provided us. He also informed us of wasps making nest in our outside wall. Def will continue to us this service:)

Russell is a very pleasant person and has a wonderful attitude. He does a great job with our insect service. During this last visit he went out of his way to let us know about a leaking water issue and helped get the water turned off. We greatly appreciate his thoughtfulness and his help to help divert a greater water issue. Well done, Russell!

Service technician Dan was super friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend Ideal Pest Control.

My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with the way Bill serviced our home yesterday. We had got a referral from a good friend to give him a call. Being a new customer he listened to all of our concerns and took a long detailed look at our property and custom designed a plan to meet our needs. We are very satisfied and will try to send Bill some business.

We have used them twice now and both times have been very happy with the whole experience. Staff, value, time, quality are all too notch! We will use them again for and future needs.

I was extremely pleased to work with Ideal Pest Control. From the first phone call, their staff was friendly and attentive to my ant concerns. They scheduled and took care of our property within days of me calling. The service technician was friendly and they were in and out in a very timely matter.
