Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors put our roof on two years ago but our recent severe weather caused a small leak. I called the company and they sent someone out within two days (the rain had to stop)! James Keithly, VP, came out for the initial inspection. He went into the attic to see if there was any water damage (there wasn’t), and came back the following day to repair it. While he was on the roof, he was nice enough to blow all my leaves out of the way! You don’t often get that kind of service where someone goes the extra mile to help a customer! We’re older, so it’s not that easy for us to get up on the roof!
I would highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing, and most certainly ask for James because he’s thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely kind individual!
