Fingerprinting Service IdentoGO reviews
16First time at this location in Harker Heights TX. Stella was so very sweet. My appt went smoothly. Appreciate the friendly staff
This place is a straight up shake down scam. They some how got listed on government websites for appointments but don't have anything to do with it. Then they try to charge you extra. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After reading all of the bad reviews I was a bit reluctant to go to this location, but I can honestly say it was an easy and quick experience for me. I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in at the desk and was asked to take a seat and wait. The receptionist was polite and made sure I had the correct documents. I waited appx. 10 minutes to be called in, went through the process, and was out the door.
The entire process (check in, wait, document check, finger prints, and photo) took 35 minutes - very easy and efficient. Don't let the poor reviews discourage you from going here!
It is what it is. Stuff like this takes a while so keep your schedule open and be prepared to wait a while. Make an appointment and get there early.
My appointment was only a few minutes late. I was surprised that much of the process was "Do it Yourself. " The technician did pop in and assist each applicant in completing the process. My wife accompanied me in a "Walk-In" status and after all appointments were completed was taken in to complete the application process which we very much appreciated.
Glad this will only be a once every five year renewal process. Consider a different location if possible.
Do not go here if you don't have an appointment. They can't tell you the wait time and you'll constantly be pushed to the end of the list as people with appointments show up. Waited nearly 2 hours and didn't move up in line. If you have a full day to sit around, it may be worth it. People at the desk need to brush up on their customer service skills. No matter how friendly you are to them, they'll find a way to have an attitude with you when you ask questions. Complete waste of time and gas coming to this place.
A PLACE WHERE SOULS GO TO DIE. The staff here is clearly already dead inside and it doesn’t take much to even say hello to people coming in. You sit in silence and watch as no one is greeted.not once. I waited 2 and a half hours as a walk in and then they kicked me out saying they couldn’t take me because they were closing. Life’s so fun.
Well, they have 3 stars for a reason. Girl at the front desk was nice. However, the girl that took my underage daughter back to get her check was less than pleasant. My child was nervous to go back alone, so I asked the front desk lady if I could go with her. She said yes. The girl that took my child would not let me. She then called me back there anyway to pay. Won't go back. Would not recommend.
The experience at check-in was not the greatest. No one was there to greet the large group that was gathered at the front and when the person did come to check us in there was a lot of cutting in line due to that. I was a walk-in and expected to wait for a while because of that so I was not upset about the ~hour that I waited to be taken to a room but I can see how that could be a negative factor for some people seeing the lack of seating. I sat on the floor to give the seats to some of the elderly people that were checking in and waiting. The real turning point was the woman that helped me process my TWIC application! I do not remember her name but it was the black woman with blue hair and she was so incredibly kind and helpful, it turned the entire experience around! Once I got back to the room I was placed in the wrong one initially and she helped me out from there asking me to wait in another room for about 5 minutes until she finished with another guest, then she invited me in and it took maybe 5 minutes to finish the process. She was awesome and I am sure she dealt with several irritated people that day but kept a smile on her face and a calming and happy demeanor!
Went well some what wait is a little long but it isn’t so bad workers are fast make sure you have exact amount!
DO NOT WALK-IN. You will have to wait 3-4 hours, maybe longer. They don't tell you this when you arrive. Literally every question you ask is answered with, "I don't know. "
Staff is unbelievably rude. They clearly hate working there and they make sure you have a horrible time there as well. I was there for hours and multiple other clients expressed their dissatisfaction at the horrendous front desk person.
Go anywhere else but here.
If you have an appointment, you'll still wait an hour because there are too many walk-ins. The place is too small for them to accept walk-ins. It should be appointment ONLY
I don’t want to add on to the negativity steeped in the staff and reviews of this place, but this was probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, worse than the DPS. As a black woman I hate perpetuating stereotypes but the attitude and disrespect of these women was palpable. Waited for over an hour after arriving early and watched several walk ins and people with later appointments get taken care of first. No rhyme or reason to this place and these women seemed like the type to refuse service if you “piped up”. Kept my mouth shut and got through the process but not before I was rudely “reminded” that my head wrap must be worn for religious purposes or taken off. The cultural significance was never mentioned and I felt singled out and unnecessarily profiled. Also none of the workers wore gloves or masks or sanitized any equipment between appointments.
Why have a sign that says "please take a seat" when you have to sign in to confirm the appointment? Why can you schedule an 11: 40 time-slot, when they take a lunch between noon and 12: 30?
The only good part is that when you are called they are efficient.
The people working are very unprofessional one lady was nice atleast looked at people to talk to them directly like a person. People waiting, standing, barley anyone at the desk to help and when they are at the desk Says nothing, don't look up and don't smile.must be the policy! Goodluck
