OMG, both nice/friendly, etc.and efficient? Such a rare combination these days. I honestly kinda walked out of there stunned bc I don't know the last time I had service ANYWHERE that was efficient and with a smile.but now I do

My husband and I both had appointments and we were in and out of there in 8 mins! Phillip was very nice!

Went for tsa pre check appt-

the staff were exceptionally kind, patient, informative, and most importantly to me- speedy! Was in and out in less than 10 min

Booked an appointment for an LTC fingerprint over the phone with this location. And when i made it to my appointment at 11: 20am. The lady said we are not doing LTC fingerprints here, and you gotta go to a different address, which was 0.4 miles, and that was also the wrong address. What a waste of time. The sign says IDENTOGO. But the lady says we don't do fingerprints here.

Went for TSA Precheck. Got there five minutes early for my appointment, out nine minutes later. Easy and fast, just make sure you go around to the front of the building.

No Appointment. Just Walked in for my TWIC card. Super fast in and out 15min. Will only use this location. Thank you

Staff dont have knowledge about status other than citizenship and lpr. So please check online options before your appointment.

The front desk black girl for TSA PRE-CHECK IS EXTREMELY RUDE! She always has a unhappy face (sounds like everyone owe her Millions dollars!) with a super Arrogant attitude, treats Custumer like treats slave! Horrible! I came here spend money for the service, not for mistreatment! If you don’t like to serve the people and make money! Go Home! Home is good for your super arrogant and unpleasant face! Slave yourself! I don’t know why TRA hire this kind of person to work here! So Foolish! This is the most worst customer service I ever experienced in USA!
She should get fired! Why she stay here to offend you innocent people, spread negative energy here! Should go home! After I wrote the review! I read other reviews told the same things complaining this ugly girl’s ugly behavior!

Apparently having an appointment doesn’t mean anything here. Be prepared to wait. And terrible attitude of the staff

It was really horrible experience with African American woman. Today my wife and I visited this place for TSA Pre Check, the worker was the most rude person I’ve ever met. When we asked something we concerned and her attitude and behavior made us very uncomfortable.

The wait was horrible. Appointment means nothing when they take so many walk ins. No one at front desk after 1: 00 to even check you in. Maybe another location would be more efficient.

I’m giving 2 stars because the girl in the front was extremely kind. Normally they take walk ins but apparently today they decided not too. We were told to wait which was fine but we were greeted with the TSA person with a very hostile and rude attitude. She had a disgusting behavior the entire time that was totally uncalled for especially towards my partner. My husband and I were confused with the attitude she was giving us but decided to keep quiet and get it over with. If you see a heavy weight black girl with messy braids, nose piercings, and chipped nail polish, expect to have a terrible experience throughout the process. We will never ever be back…just awful

I went in for a TSA pre-check appointment. Since traffic wasn’t as bad as expected, I arrived about 20 mins early, expecting to wait until my slot. I waited less than 5 mins for the staff person to be available and was assisted quickly with 2 other people. I think all 3 of us were in & out of the process in under 5 mins. I wish everything could be this efficient!

They super fast and good customer service. Did my TSA pre check with them. Please fix the hours of operation

My appointment was @ 09: 50. I arrived about 15 minutes early @ was assisted immediately. Took about 5min to complete my TSA pre check stuff. Everyone was very helpful.
