You're in and out in lightening speed time I also got an appointment the next day after my security guard class so that made this place extra golden in my eyes. Great employee, clean and personable. I left out with a smile!

The woman in the office who performs the service was very rude to multiple customers while I was there. I would recommend going to the location in the Mesquite area at gun zone. I would not go back to this location, and someone needs to discuss customer service with her.

Great service and very fast! 12 minutes total from the time I parked until I was back in my car ready to go home.

The least at the front was so kind. The office is really confusing once you sign in go the waiting room it's on the other side of the wall down the short hallway.

I visited 2 Identogo offices. In my heart they get 5 stars for the service, professionalism and courtesy. The staff at the ofc on Hwy 67 are quick & knowledgable & eager to get you in and out! The staff at ofc on i30 & Jim Miller also thorough and helpful. I must be real when I say that social distancing is nearly impossible in both places due to the small office space. Hand sanitizer is immediately offered. Please wear ur masks and bring ur own writing pen to sign in with. It would be helpful to have someone disinfect the waiting area between customers tho. That's the human & healthcare professional in me. I'm thinking about OUR survival thru this pandemic.

The lady that took our fingerprints was so lovely and fun! Definitely made for an enjoyable experience for an otherwise very boring and mundane task.

Came and no one was here. I didn’t get any updated emails about my appointment being canceled. Or If I needed to reschedule.

I don't know the name of the young lady that assisted me. She was rude, not very pleasant and had an attitude. If I could give less than 1 * I would.

Terrible. I drove all the way here from North Dallas and was told that they likely canceled my appointment like they did with several others. I was not ever contacted or notified of the cancellation.

One thing I quickly realized is don't be late to this place. They (verbally) said they would take anyone within 15 minutes past their appointment time but I wouldn't put that to the test. I got there on time, waited less than 5 minutes, got taken care of, and sent on my way. Whole process took maybe 15 minutes. Just don't be late.

The rep that took me prints had 0 customer service attributes. Rough when taking the prints and just not friendly. I asked if she was having a good day and apparently not.

At times they are quick other times they aren't but the wait times aren't that bad. Either way the staff is professional and welcoming!

It was fine. The building owners need to step up there cleaning and maintenance program.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. The lady was super nice and made the fingerprinting process easy. Great place!

Super fast and friendly. The lady is very kind and they treat you right away. The whole thing took like 7 minutes. It's on 4th floor and room 412. There's no signs that I saw indicating where to go.

Fast and funny.
I've been there 3 times so far.
Every time I leave the place with a big smile!

Fast and friendly! You go inside a rather tall building, up the elevator to the 4th floor, and find suite 412. I came in when I had my appointment, signed in, and was seen almost immediately. The lady working there was helpful and funny. Recommended!

I love the lady who took my finger prints. She was funny & Nice. She made sure I also had the right credentials.aha Had to go back to the car to get the right credentials on that slow elevator.
