It was pretty good. Personel was super professional and kind took less than 10 minutes to get in and get the fingerprints processed, super organized and no big wait time.

This location doesn't have a phone number, you have to call the company and even then you won't be able to directly talk to someone from this location. Very inconvenient. Also, the earliest appointment they have for fingerprints is two weeks away. Ridiculous.

The persons doing the screenings did NOT change his gloves between customers. Make sure you are carrying at least hand sanitizer with you here. Guess they have monopoly on federal n state finger printing so they can do as they wish, F%#^ those of us who need this monopoly to work.

While theu atw friendly and fairly efficient, they seem to over book so exoect delays. I wouldn't show up more than 5 minutes before your appointment as the waiting area and office space is cramped.
PS- Don't forget your mask as it is required for entry and again, maintaining 6ft of space is a challenge.

No reason for appt because they dont take you in on time. The staff is great but it looks like they are understaffed

The staff is very friendly and will help you with the process, the office is very clean, and requires you to use a face mask.

Very friendly. We were having issues with my id and the lady took the time to make calls and fix it. Very polite.

Got here at 0730 waited until 0930.my appointment was scheduled for 0800. I guess the employees come in when they feel like it. I definitely will not be returning to this location

As others have stated, appointment times are useless here. I arrived about five minutes early for my appointment and was not seen until 30 minutes past my appointed time. Another review dismissed the late times as normal nowadays, but that's ridiculous. If they're allotting 10 minutes per appointment perhaps changing to 15 would clear up this issue. It's really not a difficult concept. If we dont make businesses try harder and earn/deserve our business, we can't be suprised when they do neither. I didn't have a choice, but you should go elsewhere if you can.

Either long lines or technical difficulties. I don't know how they were given the responsibility for working for so many agencies.

Very arrogant staff and unhelpful. This business is a joke but theyre the only ones in the city. Their customer service is hit or miss. First time I called I got someone who sounded like she was half asleep or hungover, but the second time I got a great associate who helped out with everything.

This place was a little difficult to find at first. If you walk in through the front of the building, you need to go downstairs to the courtyard and get in through there. Once I found the office, I signed in and after a short wait I was able to get my fingerprints done and was out the door. The employees were nice but indifferent, they spoke to each other the whole time like we weren't there. The waiting room is small with not enough chairs so it's good they call you back fast. Just remember, they do not take cash! You will have to use your card or a money order.

Contrary to most of the reviews, the two staff members at the time were rather helpful and friendly. I arrived at my appointment half an hour early and they still helped me right then and there, and I was out of there before my actual time. They should potentially have a greeter of some kind though as it may seem that there is no one there, but in fact they are attending others.

Very easy, make an appointment online, show up on time with proper payment and they get you through quickly and professionally.

In and out took a picture and walked out like 5min wait took 10min. Fingerprints and photo quick easy.

Noneone was here when my wife and I arrived at 10: 20 AM for our 10: 40 and 10: 50 appointments. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. We correctly completed our applications online.

It was a maze navigating through the building.otherwise was in and out in a few minutes. C79 hazmat fingerprints
