IdentoGo Fingerprinting Services, Saginaw TX

This store is awesome. I was expecting it to be more like a DMV for fingerprinting, but when I arrived it was anything but. What an awesome surprise. They sell Home goods like syrups & jellies to bath & Wellness to decorations & shirts to guns. They even ship your mail too. The owner even makes Custom shirts. For next holiday season, I'll have them make us our PJ sets for the family.

Completely unexpected.

The guy who works here is great! Made me feel comfortable and is polite, and the store is surprisingly nice.

Customer Service is not there. I was completely ignored. I think their rating is only high because they treat some customers with more respect than others.

The gentleman who did my fingerprints was amazing, and I was laughing the entire time. It was super quick and easy. I was 5 minutes late because I couldn't figure out where it was, but unlike some other reviews, they didn't say anything about it and promptly helped me. It was a great experience, and I am so glad I had to go get my fingerprints done!

The gentleman in the back who did my fingerprints was the nicest and funniest guy I’ve ever met! He made the whole experience fun and I’d go back tomorrow if I could!

Store is clean, staff is friendly-Marty in particular was very accomodating! Plus, there is a store dog deserving of a little scratch behind the ear.

I needed to have fingerprints done for licensing and am so pleased I chose this location. There is a wonderful group of people working at this facility! Top notch!

The store's atmosphere is nice and everything is kept very clean and organized. All of the staff I encountered were very nice.

I needed to get fingerprinting done for my insurance licensing and I did have to go two times because the first time it was not setup correctly. I think it was my company's fault for not specifically asking for the exact type of fingerprinting, however, after reading some other reviews, I think this location should consider making a bit more effort to screen the appointment requests and help people make the right appointment type.

It doesn't seem like a very honest way to get extra money from people and I think it could be avoided by just some extra effort.

The older gentleman is wonderful. I’ve been here before but this time I went on a not so busy day and I was late because I work 60 hours a week and couldn’t get off in time. I agreed to walk in because I knew they had time and there were only 3 people in front of me. I checked the schedule beforehand to prove they weren’t busy. The short lady with dark hair insisted she was so busy but I knew she was lying that the schedule was full all day. She turned me around and I rescheduled an hour later. If you want a hassle-free experience don’t go to this location. The woman who took the fingerprints acted like she didn’t know how to serve me even though I told her what I was there for. I knew what I was dealing with from one other time they’ve helped me and had a print out of my requested screening and transaction codes and she found me with no problem. The women make an issue where there isn’t one. Just do your job and stop giving people a hassle, the whole process takes less than 10 minutes.

I went to get fingerprinting done for license endorsement and was turned down. I was 10 mins late but they had a nice line of people so my appt was not called yet. Not being from Texas at all I tried coming here because it’s one of the few that are open on the weekends so I would not have call off or take time off of work. The large sign for the complex they are located in literally say nothing about indentogo on it I passed the small shopping complex 3 times. When i finally found the place, once I got inside it looked just like a gift shop or something that you would see in an airport or at the zoo the lady at the front said hello as she watched me walk over to wait in line instead of informing me I needed to check in (I eventually, after a good 6 mins, would ask the nice man in from of me what I needed to do), like I said I just recently moved to texas and I’m very unfamiliar with the area. It literally took me 35 mins to drive there from my home. The women was sassy when she informed me that if your more than 5 mins it was have to reschedule I tried to explain I had a very difficult time finding the place and that the line of people did inform me that person at the front of the line appt was before 11: 30am. Horrible service, smart and sassy attitude unwillingness to help overall 5 thumbs down.

Had an Identogo appointment scheduled last minute for TXBON fingerprints. The male staff who helped me was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and informative about the process. Store smelled amazing and customers were dealt with in an efficient manner. Will def recommend, 5 star service!

Had prints done, but was informed that they were not good enough to use. Did not refund my money, only said it wasn't their fault and I have to pay for it again if I wanted them done. Wow.you had 1 job

I went in to get my fingerprints taken for my RDA license and wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised! I walked in and was welcomed right away by a nice man and a weenie dog! The place smelt amazing and had candles and other gifts in the store. The nice man took my fingerprints in a matter of minutes. I had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone scheduling an appointment with IndentoGo!:)

In and out fairly quickly even though I was very early to my appointment. Everyone in Red Aero was friendly and helpful. Very good experience.
