This is the first review I have ever written. I am nearly 65 years old now and starting to see doctors myself. It has been an awful experience. I call my patients at home. They have my home number and I have always strived to follow the golden rule and treat others as I would want to be treated. I grew up in an era with great mentors like Dr. Red Duke, Dr. Denton Cooley, Dr. Michael Appel, Dr. Herbert Dupont, etc, etc.
The doctors today have lost something. Computers, palm pilots, wrist phone/computers. The front desk staff don't even greet you except to ask you for your co-pay up front even before they say, "Hello". Well Dr. Igor Cherches is the exception. He is the best Doctor I have ever seen as a patient, and I have seen many over the last couple of years. He genuinely cares as does his incredible staff. You can see the kindness in his eyes, and it is very evident from the staff's demeanor that he is a great leader as their actions reflect his fine example, and it starts from the top. Dr. Cherches sets the stage. He epitomizes what a doctor should be. It is actually a pleasure to see him and his staff which is in stark contrast to the defensive stance I am forced to take for every other visit to see other doctors. If you have ever been a patient, you know exactly what I mean. There was a time when doctors cared and earned respect, but, over the years, that has changed and it's because the doctors have changed and forgotten that we are here to take care of our patients to the best of our ability instead of trying to see as many patients as we can to make as much money as we can.
Dr. Cherches is the type of doctor of years gone by that earned the respect of his patients and the community because he is genuine, polite, attentive, highly intelligent, but most importantly because he cares from his heart and soul.
Thank you Dr. Cherches for restoring faith that there are still those in our profession like you.

After spending many years going to different doctors, I am so happy that I found Dr. Cherches. I have been a patient with him for over 6 years now and he has successfully determined my diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and I have seen lasting success. Not to mention when I felt like something wasn't working for me, he worked alongside me to find a solution. B in the office is amazing. She fought my insurance over my treatment and made sure I got what I needed.

I can honestly say that Dr. Cherches to me is #thepeoplesneurologist he is very friendly, compassionate and caring. He listened to everything I had to say concerning my health issues. After that he administered a complete body physical then again after a few more questions we then discussed my diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and concise when explaining everything to me. He really made me feel at ease. I have complete confidence in him for me to have a complete recovery! You are a blessing Sir!

Dr. Cherches was able to determine what was wrong with me and then put me on treatments that have allowed me to start recovering. We are thankful for his knowledge and guidance as I slowly recover, as well as for the first class treatment we get in the infusion clinic. Dr. Igor is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and professional. I’m rating one star to the office stuff which is absolutely useless. They NEVER return calls, neither checking their voice mail box, there’s always a problem with scheduling or waiting list. And when you get there all your info is incorrect.like every single time. I changed the doctor because of it, that’s the last thing you want to deal with when you have back problems.
It’s a shame that such a doctor has very unprofessional stuff at the office. Just do your job guys!
