IHOP, San Antonio TX

As with many places these days the restaurant was short on staff, however the Manager was covering gaps on every position. He was very attentative and was keeping the service going. My hats off to him and the few employees for keeping up the service. Food was.

Our server was absolutely delightful, she was very kind and courteous. I truly am disappointed I forgot to ask her for her name. We ordered the breakfast sampler plate, it comes with 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 slices of ham, 2 strips of bacon and hashbrown that was all perfectly cooked, and 2 pancakes. Syrup of your choice, I had the blueberry syrup it was delicious. I believe the plate cost $11.99. (Well worth it to me). I can honestly say not only was this the best service it was also the best plate of food iv ever been served out of every ihop iv ever been to. The breakfast sampler plate is my go to plate, but this is truly the best experience and food iv ever experienced from a ihop location. I'd definitely recommend this particular location.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The service was completely horrible. Absolute worse service ive ever had. Whoever my horrible server was should be fired. Whoever the host was should be fired. Absolute worst, laziest people ive ever met. Nothing can change my mind. It took us 50 minutes to be seated. When we walked in they told us to wait here for a second and then Didnt come back for 50 minutes. Every person besides the people in the kitchen should be fired. My friend also recieved cold hashbrowns. And then my other friend didnt get his mozerella sticks til after we FINISHED OUR FOOD. And we couldn’t ask for it because the servers were NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. Asked for 3 waters and it took 15 minutes to get them. There were only 3 other tables. Besides us. Are you kidding? Everyone in there should be fired (except the cooks)

Enjoyed the meal, was not to fond of the T-bone steak breakfast, but it’s IHOP. We did have to wait a long time to get served. The location was clean and the grounds are nice kept. I included a picture of the location, depicting the nice location.

THE WORST SERVICE AND THE WORST ATTENTION IN ALL THE UNITED STATES IS IN THIS IHOP! I WILL LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS FOR PANCAKES!

The best food and service. We had not had this type of experience in a long time. We had quit going but glad we decided to go back.

The host Ivy is such a sweet guy, me and my boyfriend felt welcomed right away and had a good conversation as we were getting seated. And our server Janet had such an amazing personality, she is super friendly, she helped with everything we needed and surprised my boyfriend with a awesome birthday song and ice cream! Best service we've ever had. Thank you so much!

Was a little upset with them ordered my food to go I get home and they forgot my order when they reassured me my order was correct my fault I should have checked myself

Don't come to this location. Very Bad service, took us 15 minutes to get seated. 20 minutes for someone to come actually get our order. About 40 minute for our food to come in, we were missing other food that comes with our order. Had to actually go look for ketchup and A1 sauce and napkins. Manager didnt Care. They were not busy all I saw is 2 waiters and the manager. On Thuresday night.

Haven't been in San Antonio and this IHOP was the best that served good food and the man who served us was so nice and polite.

Ordered an omelet and got 75% egg. If I wanted eggs I could make that at home. Highly disappointed.

My experience at I Hop on I-10 and Vance Jackson was the best experience thanks to my waitress Jessica her hospitality and quality of service was top notch I would eat there again. Thank u Jessica and I Hop!

The food was excellent, the service was iffy. Faster we made our order we had to ask several waitresses for utensils and a glass of ice before that was brought to our table.

FIRST OF ALL I WOULDN'T OF EVEN PUT 1 STAR ON HERE I PUT A PHONE ORDER IN AND WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO PICK UP ORDER THEYRE WAS NO ORDER SO REDIALED THE NUMBER THE SAME PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE I DONT KNOW IF SHE WAS NEW OR WHAT BUT SHE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO RING UP THE TURKEY DINNERS I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE I WILL NOT BE COMING BK TO THIS LOCATION. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD!

We had to go back for the rest of our to go order. Decided not to go back a third time since they charged us and didn't include all the food.

Ordered breakfast to go and got to work to find my hash browns burned and solid rock. My pancakes were cold served with cold butter.never again.

Service was great here. The food was brought to the table hot and quickly despite there being a full house. The waiter was nice and in good spirits. Nice atmosphere.

Going at night when you cant sleep is awesome and the manager is very cool. The coffee needs a little help but the food was great
