IHOP, Grand Prairie TX

There was only 3 tables taken after 9pm. But the service was great. There were 3 very hard working employees who deserve so much applause. Our table of two order breakfast and so perfectly cooked, served hot. The service was A+. The young man who was our server, he took orders. Brought our drinks checked on us. And rang us out at time to pay our check. Excellent.

The best pancakes and coffee in town. IHop never disappoints, great service, great food, clean dining area and so many options at a reasonable price plus well served. I simply make my custom meal and they are always okay with it. Very satisfying.

Not the best, not the worst. Coffee was warm and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Food was as good as any other IHOP, but the staff was slow. We waited nearly 15 minutes for anyone to take a drink order and another 10 for drinks to arrive and to order food. Restaurant was not even half full and I saw enough servers that "staff shortage" isn't a justifiable reason. I honestly think it was just disorganized as the servers weren't quite sure which tables were theirs.

For 130am it was kinda busy, food was good, it did look like it needed to be picked up a little and sign on door says masks are needed, and they would provide us one if necessary, I usually have a mask with me all the time, but didn't have one because I stopped on my way home from work. The person who seated us didn't have one on. However, our kind waitress did. Good food, nice waitress, made the experience nice.

I just cant help myself. I need a triple stack.and pecan syrup.then it's a long nap afterwards! Kids love the kids menu.especially during the Christmas Holidays.the Grinch Pancakes and h

The service was terrible, and the food was lacking heat. The waiter had to be told we needed napkins, sugar for coffee, syrup for pancakes. All in all it was just terrible we will not be going back there.

Tried to call to make sure they had the gluten free pancakes before driving there. First call someone answered then hung up, second/third call they put the phone on busy. Drove in and they only had 1 car in the parking lot.so unprofessional

Ihop in grand prairie off carrier. Walked in waited to be seated and no came to seat me nor did anyone greet me or come to me and ask if i been helped or anything. Everyone just looked at me as they walked by. Another couple walked in 5 minutes after me and was greeted.

Went to pick up order for uber kept telling me they were bagging it up right now for 15 minutes i even asked after 10 mins are you bagging or cooking cause i can skip this and have someone else come they kept saying it will be one minute.no good customer service left customers waiting to be seated while talking to each other smh go somewhere else

Went in with a friend. We initially had a good waiter, glasses and tattoos. Whatever happened, he ended up only taking our drink order. After that we got a different waiter. I ordered a breakfast sampler, ordered eggs over medium, they were not. I also didn't get my 2 pancakes. I didnt want to make a make a big deal about it. He also never once came back to refill our drinks till it was time for the check (which he offered togo drinks). He was very preoccupied with a full table next to us. Three times he checked on them and never once came to ask us if we needed anything.

The service was quick and friendly and the food was exactly what I have come to love and expect from an all-night diner. In the battle of Coke vs. Pepsi, Pepsi won. I feel an almost spiritual connection to the dead bushes out front that are cheerfully backlit in blue. I will feel a quiet sadness if/when they are replaced.

Okay, going to update my review. Would be five stars but they cannot seem to get their phone number updated to where you could actually reach a person in the restaurant if there's a number. You would think this would be a simple task. The food here is excellent. I just want the ability to be able to order my food and pick it up and if there's a problem I need to be able to get ahold of somebody. If you call the number it doesn't work hasn't worked for over 6 months that I know of. It's a simple task. I love the fact that when you go in and eat at the table, they give you a extra coffee container to fill your own coffee. This should be an example of how every breakfast restaurant should serve their coffee. I also like that they give you physical menus instead of relying on that stupid QR code that never seems to work.

The service was good but slow. They do state they are short of staff. The cook was new and didn't know how to dip the chicken tenders like menu says. Instead of asking did we want regular Tenders with a bottle of BBQ sauce the waitress brought it anyway. Luckily it wasn't a picky day for the kids. Besides this the food was great. Waitress was nice, helpful and respectful when she did come.

I ordered pickup and it took a long time to get my order even though I placed my order online. The staff was overwhelmed with customers waiting. There was no set person at the entrance to take your name or ask questions. There was a 15 minute minimum wait to eat in and that was for 2 people and the lobby was packed with people standing. This was also Friday morning and not during a holiday weekend.

Whole establishment was dirty, entrance had trash, floors had trash, restrooms were dirty. I got my drink in a cup that tasted like a wet rag. One of my plates had that same taste. Just made my food experience very unpleasant. The plastic screen that divdes sections due to covid were dirty, like they had not been wiped down. Asked for over medium eggs but the egg white part was severely hard. Hard to chew and eat

Very good. Now the 2nd time we went before we back home they waitress try to get my order right but both times she got it wrong and I was to hungry to try again. Maybe next time when im in TX again.
