IHOP, San Antonio TX

The waiter was a young lady. Wow she was on top of her game & was the best service i have ever had.

New waitress, but very nice. She didn't checked back but once.we had to find her and no refills were offered for a long time.restaurant not busy, only 2 other tables.when 1 left the table was not cleaned off for 25 minutes. However 2 orders of our grp of 4 was incorrect.

Always very dirty not many customers employees just standing around when they could be cleaning and the guy with eye makeup really freaks me out gross.

Fast service! Food was great. We had to wait for a table, but it was worth the wait. Restrooms were dirty though and I never saw any employee clean them. There were also a lot of dirty tables. This IHOP does not offer kids eat free at all.

Service was top notch food came out promptly manager was going table to table asking if everything was good awesome. Thanks for everything Ihop enjoyed the morning!

Came to eat here the day of Christmas 2020. Was so happy to find a breakfast place open that day. Loved that my food was delicious. I also had no major problems with my server. The only thing that kind of made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that my server does not write down our orders.
*Every waiter I have seen do this has forgotten at least one thing!
So yes my waiter did miss 2 things from my order. He immediately brought them to me after reminding him but would wish they can really writing things down

Employee put trash can ON TOP OF COUNTER to change the trash! She wasn't going to clean the counter until I asked her to, and she got smart about that!

We just had the worst experience. The waitress ignored our table for 20 minutes. When we tried to get service, the hostess and waitress started chatting. After 10 more minutes, we walked out. They actually smiled as we left. I will never bother with this or any other I hope again. There are too many great breakfast places with good service.

Ever since they changed their menu the food is not as good.the service is not good either.i used to love going there but since all the changes the food and service has suffered greatly.this is sad as I always loved IHOP.

Buy a season pass for six flags, it is 5bux more the day pass price for 3 platinum membership cards and well worth it!

Excellent service. Went there for dinner at 6: 30 on a weeknight. Food was unremarkable. Service was very good.

Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was really busy, it was lunchtime, but we were seated and served quickly.

I can’t even imagine why this ihop would have four stars. I have never posted a review, but I could not help myself. This is very unsanitary. Do you notice the piece of hair in the middle of the pancakes. They need to wear hair nets or wash the dishes better.yuk!

The worst breakfast and I hadn't eaten there in a while. Food was horrible and the place was a mess.

My family and I had a great experience there. Lana our server did an excellent job providing the best customer service. Food was good and came in at a timely manner. We'll definitely go back to that IHOP.

Our server answered to our requests quickly. Took a while to get our food but it's such a busy location sometimes so I understand

I've been to many IHOP's and the food normally is a 2-3 star at best, however the service at this one brought it up a whole extra star.

The staff at this particular IHOP are exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend trying the fancy pancakes, like the birthday cupcake or Belgian chocolate ones. Remember that you can substitute them for the normal pancakes on any combo for something like $2 more. Totally worth it, in my opinion.
