Severely under staffed. Waiter asked if we, or anyone we knew, was looking for work or wanted a job, before taking our orders.

Worse place to go. Horrible customer service.
No one to attend customers, only one waiter was there who was hiding behind kitchen area. Food came late and uncooked.
What a helll place! Don't ever go there.

Short staffing made service a bit hectic but the wait staff was providing outstanding service and the kitchen was pumping out the orders quickly as they could. Tables were clean and so were the restrooms. 7yr old spotted crumbs in the seat cracks and on the floor but these overlooked cleaning details are the signs of understaffing, so still get 5 stars.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We left after waiting an hour for two cups of coffee.

The worst Ihop in the area the management should be gone along with there staff. Needs lots of improvement in customer service

Good location with easy access. Inflation is the new norm and portions were adequate. Clean environment with good spacing. Menu is not as robust as it once was.

Absolute worst service. We waited an hour before we even got our drinks. No silverware was provided, no refills, no condiments. The waitresses had attitudes and were belittling. Constantly ignored when we tried to flag down servers. We asked to talk to the manager who refused to talked to us. Told us we can leave and we left before even eating. There was no point in sticking around and giving money to a place that doesn’t even try to give service to customers. It was a complete waste of my time. I was also not the only person who complained. Everyone around us was upset by the service and the treatment they were getting. I will be contacting corporate about the service we got and how everyone around us was also treated. Absolutely ridiculous I have never seen a restaurant this bad.

Service was really bad and unprofessional. There was only one server but to be fair we did go around 11PM.

Another person actually delivered our food but I believe he may have been a cook. He slammed our plates on the table (Not intentionally), didn't give us silverware, and just all around didn't really seem to be a people person or have interest in serving.

Our table didn't have the basics whatsoever to include; salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins, etc.

There was a part of the ceiling (Probably 2 large 2'x2' ceiling tiles) that literally were hanging down and looked like they will fall through any minute.

The food wasn't bad and close to on par with other IHOP locations but the service and environment was a complete no-go. We will not be returning.

Terrible experience. 17 minute wait to be seated at a table that has been open since we arrived. 4 tables needing to be bussed visible from the waiting area. Hair in the pancakes, and such a small menu they no longer had any of the items I normally order. Our server was friendly, but literally everything else was subpar or worse. I will not go back and recommend to everyone that they do the same.

Waiter Alonzo was very polite. Food was small portioned and cold.i asked for soft scrambled eggs with cheese but another server told me my eggs could not be prepared soft as per the manager.the manager marcy was already arguing with a customer about a cold wrong togo order. Very poor management. Place needs more employees.i do not recommend.i will not return.

We went to celebrate my anniversary and we requested sugar and they answered we not haven't sugar today

I cant tell you how the food was because I didn't even wait for my food before I told the waitress that I had to leave. As soon as I walked in I had a very bad feeling. There was hardly anyone there on a Sunday morning. Red flags went up. I started to look around at the wait staff and realized that I shouldn't have came there. I don't want to be rude but they didn't look or act professional in anytype of way. Our waitress was picking at her hair, the hostess was yawning and looked halfway awake, and the other staff wasn't even better. So we started looking at reviews and got grossed out so we paid for our drinks and left.

Waitress was absolutely terrible. She took drinks we were actively drinking and 3/4 way full. She forgot both of my toddlers meals (he got french toast when she took drink orders that never came and then got a jr meal later yhat also never came). My pancakes were wrong and way over cooked. My Colorado was terrible. My daughter and son didn't get any sausage even though they specified thats what they wanted. The menu was sticky and disgusting. They are not cleaning anything even during a pandemic. I love IHOP as it is a easy place to get quick bfast food and an easy go to place through out the country, but lately this place is making me never want to come back no matter the location.

After waiting by the front door for fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged my party or the other parties that arrived, we were turned away because as we were flatly told that their takeout business is more important and the kitchen had at least an hour's worth of to go orders before they would be able to take dine-in orders. At least they were honest in letting us and other customers know that we weren't important. This location was always pretty bad but now, I'll never eat at any IHOP again.

Went here this morning to get some breakfast on Sunday thinking no crowd. I was right no crowd maybe 10 people total counting the 5 staff. Greeter sees us and the two before us and 3 people after us. The people before us ask when are they going to be seated and instead of seating us all she told them “when someone is available”. Too funny can’t even take the time to let people sit to look at menu. Well 6 out of the 7 walked out. I guess that the way to go out of business!

The attention is fatal, I would definitely not return here, even though I really like breakfast
