Excellent service. Well prepared omelette. Hash browns down like I wanted them. Continuous coffee creamer and sugar. Excellent pricing.

It was very busy that day but the food and service was great we need one in bastrop texas.

Came to eat breakfast with my family. They told us 35 which is fine. We waited then went back in. They proceeded to tell us another 30 mins which is whatever. After 10 mins we decided to leave. My husband went in to tell them to take us of the list so someone doesn’t have to wait like us. The host told us that the Curran table was already seated. I give you two stars because i do love ihop. But the fact that we had to deal with the wait like that’s just ridiculous. Maybe re-train the Hostess.

I don't give zero stars because to comment I need to give at least one.we were with 4 people, first no one at the front to attend for about 20 minutes just give the name, one couple gave up, detail was empty, finally we sat down and ordered came my and my daughter's plate, my husband's and my son's never arrived, My plate was missing something, the coffee and soda refills never came, the table next to us came the food but came wrong, one general disorganization, tired and hungry, my husband and son left without eating.

Worst and rudest hostess Stephanie. Don’t come here. She will write your name down and skip you after waiting 30min.

The staff never checks their online orders.we ordered twice online only to get there to pick them up but nothing coz they never even knew about them in the first place

Went on a night when they were short staffed with only one waiter. I was more than happy to wait a little extra time for our food. But when it came, the waiter forgot part of it, and he didn't come back to check on our table at all. We had to flag him down. By the time he brought the missing food, the rest of it was cold and inedible. Waited 20 minutes for syrup and my pancakes were soggy and cold by that point. I ended up not having a meal and leaving hungry. I also want to mention I saw several ants crawling around.

Food is very good. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes to be seated. Very busy.

Arrived at 1 am, there was host and a bunch o people waiting. When the host finally arrived and we got seated, the food never arrived. After an hour, I just left.

It’s to be expected now that due to sometimes-cumbersome Covid protocols and short staffing there will be a wait just about anywhere (but particularly a chain location in a big city). Our last experience at this location was a bit disappointing because we came during a dinner rush and had to leave after waiting 35 minutes for a seat because we had to be somewhere and needed to eat on time. So THIS time we were pleasantly surprised to only wait about 5 minutes to be seated since we arrived at 2pm in between rushes. Our waitress, Betty, was wonderful. We work overnight so afternoon is “breakfast” for us and we desperately needed coffee. When we said we needed lots of coffee, she anticipated the longer time between refills and brought us soup mugs instead of diner cups. It was like Christmas morning for hung-over caffeine-lovers. We still had 3 refills even with the larger servings. She stayed on top of everything. There is definitely a wait for food. I suggest looking at the menu in advance so you can order food at the same time as drinks. IHOP, y’all have a top notch waitress, I hope you treat her well.

Compliments to the chef, kitchen & wait staff! Food was great and our beautiful server BETTY was awesome, a prime example of what customer service should be everywhere! It got a little cold in the corner I sat at, didn't know at the time but Betty noticed and blessed me with a hot chocolate! This was a great visit!

Placed an order at 10: 40am online and at 11: 30 I get a notification saying the order has been cancelled. No phone call, no text. I have been on the phone for 16 minutes waiting to speak with someone as I’ve already been charged and not a single person has answered. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is Awesome. Never had to ask for anything, they are one step ahead in service. THANK YOU
