IHOP, Lancaster TX

I understand that restaurants are very under staffed but it shouldn't take 7 minutes before someone acknowledges you. Had I not been picking up an uber order, I would have walked out.

Very slow and disorganized. Not one employee or the manager seem to know what or how to seat groups. Omg

Don't ever, ever visit this location! Waited 40m to get seated, 20m on drink order (served coffee n dirty cups bc no dishwasher on site), 20m to order food (waiter couldn't find a working pen), WAITING. We never got food-They were focused on Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc-Didn't fail me tho
. LoL. Order's being returned-We were visiting my sis-She failed 2 mention da location was poorly run & took us there- Family the worst.haha. I tell the truth & u have been warned! Corporate step in ASAP

If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m trying to understand why my husband is still waiting for a takeout order that was submitted at 11: 29 pm at the IHOP in Lancaster, Texas at 790 I35. He’s been waiting over an hour and people are constantly being seated and fed while he waits. What’s the point of ordering online and Togo if it’s going to take an hour and a half. The worst part of this is the so called manager refuses to share her name, isn’t wearing a name tag and has lied to him about ETA of food over the past hour. We will NEVER patron this establishment again! We want a refund for our food and then some! I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes so I guess they don’t answer phones too. Would love to speak with the general manager about the lack of customer service, transparency and just general kindness of the employees at this IHOP.
He received our to-go order at 1pm.
No one ever answered the phone so I left a voicemail requesting a call back from the manager and general manager of this ihop. Very disappointed in the service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! Maybe try managing your staff and not hiring only kids to run this place! Worst experience ever!

This location is trash I do doordash and picking up orders from here takes forever waiting an hour to get a customer's order is not cool the management is rude and unorganized and they don't care about the delivery orders this restaurant is trash

I never thought it could be this terrible. I recommend going to Waffle House before coming to this IHOP

Worst costumer service, I have never experienced anything like that. Waited for an hour and never got our food.

Save your money, but most importantly save your time. Do not stop, keep on driving, don’t find yourself saying “we should have listened” very bad service, extremely slow service, waited 15 mins and we had to go find our waitress. Once we found her, she was not happy or helpful. The kitchen staff is to busy playing around in the back, almost like nobody is in control.
Drive a few extra mins away from here.

The worst service ever. We waited for your food for over an hour. The waitress was nice and cared but the manager acted like she could care less. I understand there is a shortage of workers but this was ridiculous. I ordered food for my daughter and she did not eat it. It was overcooked and too much salt.

This is a franchise this is why the reviews are horrible. The owner does not care about You patrons in this Area. I hD to call another location to get info.

I have never in my lifetime sit in a restaurant that long without anyone coming to take my order that is poor management and poor customer service.other people that went in with me had gotten they food and were eating and know one every came back to take my order.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, not all on the waiters, they were not trained at all. These kids had no idea how to wait on a table. As big as this company is corparate should be a little more involved. Will not be back

Worst place to eat bro like they take more than 1 hour to cook and it's so expensive so bad do not recommend.

The incompetence in this place is at an all time high. And I'll leave it there. I won't be going back
