IHOP, Greenville TX

This Greenville location was fairly busy or seemed so at least the day after Christmas. They were out of cream for the coffee and sausage which was disappointing. The Colorado omelet that I ordered was no longer an omelet but just a rolled sheet of scrambled eggs with the Colorado toppings. Our server kept herself busy but would stop by occassionally. Although this was a disappointing experience, I hope it was the day or location and not IHOP as a whole.

Hands down this is the best IHOP I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The To-Go packaging was nice and neat and contained everything we needed. We visited on 1/2/22 @ 1800. Kudos to the staff.

Food was ok, Service was good, Restaurant was empty but I waited 30 plus minutes for my order. I wouldn't want to go there during peak hours.

they are short staffed most times, but they always get my order right and they really try hard for satisfaction.

Service is a hot mess! And they take the phone off the hook when they don't feel like taking "to go" orders. Is there a worse rating than a 1 star?

My husband and I do enjoy coming here, but because they've been short staffed, they're getting more and more oblivious to ppl waiting to be seated. Not a single staff member even looks at you, much less had the courtesy to simply say, "we'll be right with you". The ppl who are there have an obligation to be friendly and attentive. We are not rude ppl, but we did end up going somewhere else for dinner.

Service and food were great. I had a two stack of Gluten Free pancakes and they tasted great! I'm not sure if they are Celiac friendly, but for people who have to avoid wheat - such as me for my Chron's Low FODMAP diet - they were perfect!

I went in with a group of friends and she gave us attitude off rip.and took 45 to a hour to recive our food. She also made the police stand behind her and watch us till we left and yes we were all black and Hispanic

The food and service was good however the restaurant cleanliness was not. The floors looked as if they had not been swept or mopped in days. The plexiglass on the booths were disgusting with smears. The windows were dirty. The walls appeared to have spills on them that ran to the floors. The restrooms were not clean. The place looked neglected for awhile.

This place.there is always something as to why they can't seat you or serve you. This time we wasn't even greeted at the door. The woman (looked like she was even a manager) walked away. And there was no one to be seen and there was only about 3 tables with people. It took close to 10 mins before anyone comes to address us. She says she needs about 2omins that she just got there and needs time to clean up the place. Seriously? 20 mins and there's no one in the place, clean a table and sit us. Instead we left!

Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. The food was hot when it arrived at the table and was just as tasty!

I just ordered fries. Haven't been here for awhile. But they weren't all the way done. They may have rushed them.

Service was ok, the food was horrible. I had chicken salad, which sat in the window for a good 15 minutes, chicken was so hard the fork wouldn't go through it, lettuce and tomatoes was wilted, they didn't have the dressing that comes with it, so I was brought ranch. I can't stand ranch dressing.

We had a large group but service was very slow and food was not so good. Not impressed today

I'm sure the food here is good but don't ever try to call this place- either their phone doesn't work or it's on a permanent busy signal. You can't call them to place a to go order. I tried calling for 30 minutes to have a to go order ready and it was just a busy signal every time.
