Braxx was a excellent server. Very attentive and patient. Food was good! Will be returning

Worst dining experience ever! Our server kept disappearing when we needed him, my husband would have to go find him and the server would be hiding in a booth on his phone. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, no drink refills. When the check came (because my husband had to yet again go find the server to ask for the check after waiting 20 minutes for it) the server gave my husband a pencil to write in tip and sign, stating they were out of pens. We didn't have a good feeling about it, so my husband made sure to take a picture of the receipt. When checking my bank statement I noticed the charge was $25 more than what our bill was.the server gave himself a $25 tip! The manager acted like it wasn't a big deal and only wanted to refund the fraudulent tip. In the end the whole meal was comped but this was our third and worst visit yet, we tried to give it a chance as our kids love breakfast for dinner.but we have officially written this place off and will never go back.

Stopped for a late night breakfast. Too many other options to return next time. Empty restaurant but service was kinda slow and waffles tastes like frozen. Not horrible, but I'll try another place next time.

This place is 110% a front. Money is being laundered thru here. It’s been open since 2016 and I’ve never seen more than a handful of cars there, Sunday’s after church mostly, otherwise maybe 2 or 3 cars there max, if any at all. Worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever also. Took 15 minutes to be seated when there was only one other table there eating. No refills on drinks. “Waiter” only came to take original drink order and food order. I could have EASILY got up and skipped the check altogether, but I couldn’t stoop that low. SERVICE: 0/10. FOOD: 1/10. IHOPs corporate people seriously need to investigate this location. Bottom line, go to another IHOP, seriously.

Long wait time, slow, understaffed. Walked out because they took way too long to seat us. Just go to the IHOP on Highway 6.

Pathetic service at this location and IHOP standards have fallen below the ground. Dear Richmond residence kindly avoid going at this location they will treat you all as if they are doing charity or giving out freebies keeping you waiting forever.

Service is very slow I think the same waiters cook your food because they leave and stay in the kitchen and don’t come back until they bring your food.

I should have read the reviews and gone somewhere else
i felt bad for the server but also why why why did the server bring me a chocolate milk shake when i asked for a chocolate milk and this was their idea of extra crispy hashbrowns.also no toilet paper in the bathroom stalls. MAN

There should be no stars available. 20 mins to get seated. Got seated at a dirty table having plenty of booths available. When the waitress finally came to take our order she couldn’t even wait a min while my mom was seeing the menu when she asked if she could come back. Then we waited for 15 mins to see another waitress and asked her if she could tell our waitress that we were ready, then after 5 more minutes we were done we got up and left. Worst attention ever.

This restaurant has very poor service. My family and I just went to eat breakfast this morning and decided to come here. It's was so sad. We wait at least 15mins before being serviced. They then took our order for 5people. We wait again as the server nevr brought us any water. Once he did bring the water he dropped it all over us. Then he informed us our order didn't go through on the iPad after sitting waiting for an hour without getting any food. When they mopped the water up they left water all over the floor with glass. When we found out an hour later our food was never order we decided to just leave. No manager never came out to speak with us or fix our issue.

All the comments was empty. We have to ask for sugar, jam, syrup.
The bathroom was very dirty the coffee was old. We asked to bring us a thermos of coffee he said we are not allowed. We are not going to Richmond IHOP again

All the employees were in the kitchen just sitting down … no employees in the front to sit us down. This is the worst location …

The absolutely worst service on Jun 2 2023 at 2: 26 at any restaurant I have have ever been to ever ever ever Had to get up and go to kitchen entrance to get coffee refill. Food (omelets) finally came out and I asked about the hashbrowns that went with the omelette. She said oh I’ll go get them. It was 15 minutes in and I went back to the kitchen entrance and I said are you having to grow the potatoes? I then asked the waitress if she was in training she said no, there was no excuse we were the only ones in that part of the dining room and there’s one other table in another dining room. Then I had to get up and go to the kitchen entrance again and ask for a coffee refill. Then when checking out, I checked the part that said custom tip, because I certainly was not going to give her 20% like I do everywhere else. So she told me the total to sign and it had added 20% tip. I told her take the tip off and I will leave it on the table. On a $33 ticket I left her two dollars and that was a stretch.

Poor service, in general. Took a long time to bring an orange juice, waited for 20 min to get an omelette, and waited another 20 min for the hash browns! Horrible!
