15My steak tasted like they cooked it for somebody else then gave it to me so it don't go to waste.
The wait to get our food was over 40 minutes. I'm trying to get some coffee, which took about 10 minutes. Then try to pay another 20 minutes.
2 tables next to me left without paying they were also mad not good service
This place was disgustingly filthy. We were seated immediately by the door only bc every other table was dirty. Floors dirty literally dirt. Rest room dirty, to the point I went back to my table and stopped eating. Server was nice but clean the place up please. Oh and she had to come wipe down my table as she sat us down.
I can not even rate the food because the service was horrible beginning upon arrival, no one greeted us upon entry and was not even told to give them a moment, no one sat us and we literally stood there waiting to be acknowledged but was not other than one waitress jus looking several times with no smile or anything, will never come back. Just plain rude!
The waiter was very professional and polite the food was good but the management team should do better they were over packed with just 2 cooks and short on waiters and waitresses please don't take frustration out on the young people working under these stressful conditions I totally blame the ones in charge
I ordered my food online and i had to wait for more than 1 hour at the curbside, the service is very very slow.
This place was one of my favorites. UNTIL WE ASK YANIRA ABOUT THE FOOD WHEN WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN 40 MINUTES. SHE WAS THE MANAGER AS HE SAID.
We were here for 20 minutes and they didn't even tell us anything, I told the manager that we were coming because they didn't attend us and she didn't care, bad service
Placed an online order for curbside pick up, was told my order would be ready 10: 17am, didn't receive my food till 10: 40am.
Was waiting in line. 2 people came in and went right to the seat that we were waiting for. We told the waitress and she didn't even acknowledge the people that just came in a sat down. I asked how does it work and she kept beating around the bush that we were waiting 1st.
This place takes a long time to distribute the food. VERY BAD ORGANIZED! I had to wait 40 min to get a coffee, then if we ask for something, the waitresses get bothered and talk to you with a tone. There are flies inside the restaurant. Very nasty place to eat.
Food was cold waitress took her time getting to us, did not receive the hot breakfast I came here to eat.
Don't come here service horrible, no waffles, no tomatoes. No bacon, no steak. We ask for coffee was cold no cream only vanilla cream no regular cream or half and half. Don't waste you time here read the reviews
DO NOT come here for breakfast on the weekends, unless you like waiting over 1 hour for food. I left no tip which I hate doing but the horrible service warranted it. It shouldn't take 30 MORE minutes to get a refill of coffee and pancakes.
We came to this place and left as we entered without eating for 40 minutes, we waited for the food and nothing arrived, we asked for coffee and they did not bring it without even a teaspoon to stir, bad attention and the service we ordered never came, we went to Denys where if they served us quickly and well
