Alex is the man! When we went in they were understaffed do to call ins it was only him and another server doing everything for multiple groups of people including our group of 10 Alex took very good care of us from the time he greeted us and sat us til we left and we all really appreciated that greatly! Ask to be seated in his area on your next trip and see how awesome he is for yourself

Went there yesterday with a group of people. Remembering my last visit. And as we had to go search for somebody to sit us down I figured it was going to be the same visit as the last one.

Young man comes behind very apologetic seats us takes our drink order.

He checks on us a few times wondering if we're ready to take our order.

I have to say I had a breakfast combo the food was actually pretty decent this time really good no complaints.

Food drinks came out in a timely fashion from when we ordered.

I do believe he had to be reminded one time for a refill for one of the people at our table and he apologized and quickly went and got the refill.

I only saw two people in the restaurant yesterday and the young man who helped us his name was Tyson.

I mentioned his name because I believe he had the whole floor to himself and I think he did a wonderful job keeping up with everything.

Very polite and very professional.

I understand that they are behind with staff and help. Waiting 20 minutes for your drinks. Waiting another 20 minutes to place your order. Waiting 20 minutes to receive your order. And getting your order as the two other diners I was with we're finishing up their meals. Fortunately there was one waiter who was very apologetic. Seems to me the one waiter we had needs to seriously be retrained or possibly put in a different position. No offense but waiting isn't for everybody.

I have not been to an IHOP in ages and decided to try it out after 10 years. I was very impressed of how clean and tasty the food was! Everyone was extremely friendly and they have so many (new to me) menu items. I ordered the breakfast split decision and upgraded the pancakes/French toast. The food came out quick and hot. The food tasted great and our waitress always came by checking on us. I really enjoyed this place and so glad I came to IHOP after all these years. Definitely coming back whenever I have a breakfast craving

I was there 40 minutes and they came asked for our drinks never came back with the drinks nor to take our order they were slow barley any customers and still terrible service so we left

I ordered online, just needed to pick up my food. The girl who was in the front, cashed someone out and saw me waiting there. Instead of helping me out, she ignores me and goes about her business. When all I needed was for someone to literally hand me my food. One of the hostess saw me waiting there and helped me out finally. Not to mention, they didn’t get our order right. Disappointing!

Went for breakfast. They changed their recipes and it was a great improvement.had a split decision breakfast and it was excellent. The new French Toast was Superb

There was no one there to seat us immediately. The food took way too long, for some pancakes, eggs and hashbrowns, considering there was only one other table eating there in the whole restaurant. You could clearly hear the staff yelling their whole conversations in the back. We came to eat in, but saw a roach crawling into our booth, so we decided to get everything to go. The food was ice cold by the time we got home, which is like a 7-8 minute drive, so that sucked. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the waitress was very nice and apologetic, even though it's not HER fault this establishment has roaches.

Restaurant was not busy and we waited an hour and never got our food. Waitress never came to check on us found out thru another employee our food needed to be redone since it sat waiting on the waitress. Too many dirty tables and lots of employees standing around, one even sat down at a table to visit. This one definitely gave IHOP a bad name. (can’t rate the food since we never got it)

Good service, fast attention even though it was super crowded, normal presentation and taste

IHOP is IHOP. It is that dependable restaurant that you sometimes crave. We craved some last night around 1am, and we are always happy that is 24/7. They have a smaller menu between 10pm - 6am (I think). They have the breakfast menu, some pancakes, meat dishes. It hit the spot for us last night, and I am pretty sure we will back when the next cravings show up.

Waited for 30 min and did not get served not even a coffee, so we walked out, went to Jim’s and were served in 3 min.

The food was great but they did forget a few things. They were busy and rushing everything but overall they did great. The restrooms where also nasty and you could smell them at the front.

This is our breakfast spot for every birthday. This time we went for my sister's birthday and our server was very nice and always there when we needed something. He got my sister a complimentary birthday ice cream. As always we had a good experience and the food was delicious. Most definitely will be back for my birthday.

We showed up on a night where they were crushed with patrons from a local high school. It was a Friday night and they were just doing their thing. The point here is the staff was overwhelmed with customers and the staff managed to keep up with it all and present a pleasant demeanor.

My only negative comment was the ice tea was a bit moldy tasting as if the entire tea machine hasn't been properly and completely cleaned in a week or so.

Despite the tea issue, the rest of the food was as expected.

AC was out this afternoon when we visited. Obviously, can't really blame them. A few temporary units were in place. In any case, Kaitlyn, our server remained quite cheerful in spite of it. I feel for the staff, especially the kitchen workers but everyone seemed in good spirits. Good burger and the Cali Turkey melt was good and filling! Came back this week for breakfast! Sandy B was our super helpful and friendly server! Great food, good service!
