15We ordered take out of the Steak Cheeseburgers with Well Done Onion Rings and they both were delicious. I would rate the food a 10 and had a delicious meal!
Wasn't very busy, seen at least 10 workers just standing around, took a while for anyone to sit us and others that walked in, had to wait longer for a menu, then to order. Took a total of 1.5hrs just to get seated, menu, and food. Waitress was nice, food was mostly good, a few things like pancakes was so cold the butter didn't melt
It was an adequate experience. Service is always excellent, but the food for the cost is not on par. They used to be a lot better.
When me and my husband got there they seated us right away. Although it did take like 7 minutes for them to take our drinks, but the lady was very nice and her service was amazing. The food was great. Overall I loved it Z
This ihop has awesome service, great food, and first ihop that serves hot syrup to make your pancakes tastier. You will not eat them cold here.
My usual experiences at IHOP locations include long wait times. But here, we were seated quickly and got our food in a timely manner. Super thankful for a place that can feed a family late at night.
Lufkin IHOP is a family-friendly environment. The service and food were great.

Unfortunately we were not able to get to the actual food/atmosphere of our order as the manager refused to take our order over the phone for curbside pick up because we couldn't order and pay online due to lack of customization options, she didn't offer any other options and then hung up on me.
We've patronized our IHOP in Lufkin Tx for years. Today the food was mediocre, the service was slow and the area that we sat was hot and it smelled.
The service is always excellent here, the wait staff are very helpful and come by often to check on you. The food is good and the portions are large. My only complaint is that the restaurant doesn't always feel like it was cleaned thoroughly, so the seats and tables can be sticky. This is a great place for families!
Walked in and seen they have put up some different walls, got seated near the front door, waited approximately 10 minutes for a waiter to take drink order or acknowledge we were there, no one came, a few waiters waited on tables around us but walked away, so we walked out. Drove across street to chili's and got seated immediately, got drinks immediately, got satisfied immediately. Step it up ihop, you losing customers
Sausage was cold and their orange juice is canned. However the French toast was very good.
I always have a pretty good time here and if they mess up the order they usually will make it right
We had really good breakfast here. I am vegetarian and asked not to get ham with the eggs Benedict, which I know is unusual. The server didn't have any problems ordering it that way and that's how it came to the table. Food tasted good and was nicely hot, and our server brought a carafe of coffee. We didn't have any wait and all the servers were friendly.
