IHOP, Arlington TX

Wish I could rate a 0! The manager was obviously in an unpleasant mood. He used table cleaner spray very near our table and it was sprayed in such a manner it got on us and our table. The table had a wobble problem of which he discovered while whipping it to which he angrily threw cloth on table and said awwwh geeez. He then dragged table to another area all while drawing attention to ALL guests as the screeching sound was horrible. When I walked to register to pay he ushered me with rushed hand gestures to step forward. Never asked how was my visit. Never thanked me or asked me to return. IHOP has been my #1 place to enjoy a meal. In 20+ years this visit ranked top 3 worst experiences and that's without expressing how inaccurate my was or the lack of attention server provided. I made the comment that it'd been great of him to ask if my visit was ok? To which he didn't have a single word to offer which could've changed the experience.

We where told it would be a 20 minute wait and it took 1 hr later. And to top it all off we didn't even know what the wait was for because there was lost of empty tables
Poor service people got to do way better

Extremely busy today, waited about 45 minutes, masks required. Nice service, very pleased with our food.

The food is disgusting I have ordered food on three different occasions and it’s been cold n nasty! I’ve called back but no answer I want my money back

Really loved it there, I go and am not disappointed. The wait is definitely worth it when they treat you like top priority. This is my top location to go when craving IHOP.

Went here with my daughter for breakfast and it wasn't crowded, so their was no wait time, service was great and food awesome.

I tried to call in an order and he told me to use online ordering. I tried and just got an error. So I called back and see if he would just take my order and he left me on hold for 12 minutes. I called back and was left on hold for 10 mins again. Gave up and called the Mansfield location and nice lady took my order right away. Will be going here from now on.

Service was horrible. 4 out of 5 of my familys food was horrible. I will never go back to this IHOP

The African American lady was not happy from the beginning we walk in.
My t-bone steak was pale and over cook.
We asked for dessert and she suggest not to give my kids to much sugar.
Who is her to tell me how to raise my kids.

Not really impressed with the older setup/building and service/attentiveness from the server on this visit. On the other hand the cook was on point and food was great

I always love IHOP even though when we stopped we didn't know it was prom night but they still got to us.

On our lunch break with my co-workers and they are too slow with service. This location sucks! Been here 30 mins and our drinks are still not here

Great food. When I went there was only one server for the whole restaurant manager didn’t even care. I don’t know how they were open.

Service was slow and they were not even crowded. Waitress was friendly but never came by table after we received food

Great service, Tai gave us the best service and we had a great night. The Lord God had his way and spoke a mighty Word. To God be the Glory.

Stopped in for a late breakfast, they were not very busy and the service was average at best. Order was missing items that came to late to be enjoyed with our meal. Plates were hot, food was warm. I had not been to IHOP in decades, par the course I guess.meh

Because when you sprinkle pepper on the eggs it tates alot better and I love there pankcakes I highly recommend this place.

I only had coffee, while my friend had food. The coffee was excellent, and they kept it coming. My friend's plate looked delicious, and he said it was. Service was excellent!

The food was cold pancakes under cooked the service was terrible, worst I've ever been to! No Stara!

Usually service is good and fast. One time I went in waited 20 mins and left. 2nd time I waited 10 min for someone to come ask for drinks or my order and no one came.
