Amazing service from Francisca Reina! When you come ask for her to serve you, she is so sweet, you can feel how she means she wants to help you and she is very nice! Excellent customer service! Thank you Francisca!

The waitress took too long to bring our drinks. The place smelled like mold and the menu was very limited.

My place to go when I want to eat healthy but out of my routine.

Order ihop with DoorDash and my salad was missing plus the meat tasted a little weird. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager JC. He went the extra mile by offering a replacement order. He even let me change to something different for the inconvenience. He was going to have someone come deliver it to me too! But I decided to just go pick it up though the fact that he offered was super cool. I eat IHOP all the time and their food is usually always on point, I guess I just caught them on an off day. I still recommend eating here 100 percent.

Visited Brownsville for the very first time in my life and decided to have breakfast for dinner at this ihop. Honest to say, staff was very friendly, especially our waiter which I don’t remember his name. Food was great!

The food was good as always, customer service needs improvement I know we all have to start somewhere and today was a new employee taking our orders he forgot to give us several items he changed us for took long to give our orders, we asked for coffee and he put a bowl of creams on our table to later take them away to another table first time I've had bad customer service there since I had been going there.

Food was horrible sausage links were burnt and pancakes soggy the drinks tasted like they were old. $40 dollars wasted will never eat there again.

Went there about 5 pm, very few customers at the time. Wait staff was nice and efficient. Order served and waiter was friendly. Tried a burger and it was alright but not something I would order again. My wife had breakfast and she loved the pancakes.

Went at 5 in the morning and was warmly welcomed by waiters who dont normally get people in at that hour. Had a great 5 a.m. Burger, and left satisfied.

The breakfast was okay, but the coffee was just Brown water. I'd like to another option for coffee, a well as more breakfast options that are not sugary.

This place is so awsome, the people here are so nice. They have such a bright attitude. They give good vibes, they are nice. Its clean too. I just got there and i didn't need to wait to be seated. Not that full around 10: 43 PM. I recomend to come here for a visit if your looking to enjoy unlimited French fries or awsome juicey burgers. The pancakes are great as well. Please come here I recomend it!

Flys everywhere, had 6 egg whites, hash browns 4 pcs. Of turkey bacon coffee and OJ: $28.00 + a $5.00 tip. Waitress was great however the restaurant air condition was down so everyone was sweating there. Very uncomfotable, packed up my food and took it with me! Bad experience.

Pretty good. Have only had one bad experience. For the most part, its delicious and the staff is nice.

Service was really slow despite only a few customers. Order was taken incorrectly since gravy was ordered on the side, yet it was on the chicken fried steak, pancakes were cold upon arrival. Food took more than normal to be ready. Not a very pleasant dining experience this time around. Restrooms had a funny smell to them, and definitely not of any cleaning agent. Had seen better service out of this establishment.

Every time I go my pancakes are not fully cooked and when I cut them you can see the batter on it.

I came here when they changed they're their name to IHOB on Twitter lol. I have to say that their burgers are really nice and the buns are savory. I went crazy and had a burger with pancakes instead of fries. Best idea ever:)

Unfriendly service. First time in a long time I left only 10% tip. Restaurant was busy (Saturday morning), food was good, but service ruined it.

Fairly good experience. However, table smelled like they'd been wiped down with a dirty cloth. I addressed it with our waiter, and he immediately got a clean clothes, wiped down the table and all the sticky stuff. He was an excellent waiter.
