Ike's Woodfire Grill, Lubbock TX

Excellent food and attention. We even sat down outside because of the weather and there was live music also. It was a Saturday 5pm, we’ll definitely coming back

My family of 13 went to celebrate a birthday last niht. Our server Misael G.was fantastic from the very start. He communicates well, keeps patrons informed of any delay & is very honest and genuine in his interactions. He was funny & kind and all the lovely traits one would hope to have in a service staff. Aside from some cold potatoes (which was immediately resolved) it was a great dinner!

My family has been to Ike's several times. We have noticed a few complimentary things about them. They seem to have some staff with great longevity at the restaurant. It's very hard right now to hire and keep quality dedicated and hardworking staff at almost any company in Lubbock right now. We have been seeing the same faces for at least 2 years which is awesome! Anothing important thing to mention is when something in our order is incorrect or not quite up to par, the manager always does their best to make it right. (No matter which manager is on staff). I've hear the owner of Ike's also owns a few others in Lubbock, but none have the best staff like Ike's.

Mel was an amazing and knowledgeable waitress. I would highly recommend visiting. Great job!

We brought my father in law for his bday and the food was so good! You have to try the Baja chicken!

Dinner was amazing. We ordered the fried zucchini with ranch dressing, and it was a perfect golden crisp. Thereafter, we ordered the chicken alfredo pasta, and it was superb. It was moist with plenty of alfredo sauce with a great blend of seasoning on the garlic bread. The chopped steak and mashed potatoes had brown gravy with mushrooms, and the green beans had bits of bacon. Amazing, amazing dinner as well as over the top service by Alexandra!

Food was awesome. Alexa was a very good and attentive waitress. The manager Eduardo remembered our family from previous places and came by to say hi. We will be back.

Great food at a reasonable price. Grayson was out waiter. He was awesome. Professional and accommodating. Edward (manager or owner?) came around to check on us. He was cool too. Very sociable. Nice place/atmosphere. Definitely going back to try other options we saw being served. First visit so I just kept it simple with the burger and fries. It was great. People are telling me to try their pizzas are good as well so that's probably next. Always looking for alternative lunch options. This was cool for something different. They're going on our list for routine visits for sure. Between our mandatory Mexican food places of course.

Ari was our fantastic waitress, she was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and took care of our every need!

This was our first time here and MIsael was our server. The food, music, and service was absolutely incredible. Will definitely be back anytime we’re in Lubbock! Would also highly recommend the catfish!

I have not been here since it was Capezies and I remember eating here when it was Zookings many times. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! We had brunch here on sunday and OMG it was soooo good. We had a party of 11 and everyone was VERY happy with their meal. Our waitress was amazing, I wish I could get service like this every time. My food was soo good that even after I was full I could not stop eating because of how good it was. I WILL BE BACK! Very few places like this in Lubbock. I hope this was not a one off because my expectation are very high.

Alex is an amazing bartender and Carolina is so friendly and an amazing manager. Love the atmosphere!

Super disappointed. Was so excited to try this place. Ordered a steak medium well with the twice baked potato.the steak was completely raw when I got it.

I cannot express how wonderful our experience was tonight. It was our first time to eat at Ike's, since we're out of towners and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything from the drinks to the service to the atmosphere to the food was superb.absolutely above par compared to most restaurants! I believe this is a new favorite in Lubbock for us! We cannot wait until we are back in Lubbock to eat here again and find more favorites on this menu and with this amazing staff! LOVED IT SO MUCH!

For a Friday night in Lubbock when the wait can be super long, we were able to walk in and get seated right away. Our server, Alex, was on top of everything during our meal. When we ordered, he made recommendations that were spot on to compliment our meals. The food was AMAZING! We ordered potato skins, wings and egg rolls for appetizers and they did not disappoint. For entrees, we ordered shrimp Alfredo pasta (the homemade Alfredo was so good), a blue rare sirloin (my husband said it was the best he’d had in LBK), salmon, chicken and a HUGE calzone. Nobody left hungry.

Misael was a great server tonight! The food was great! Would definitely recommend him as a server!

Chicken pot pie was lukewarm to cold, our chips were crumbs, salad was not brought out in time, basically a $36 meal felt like a $10 meal.
