iKids Pediatric Dentistry Mansfield

Very disappointed with the team of dentist who serviced my child. Not professional or structured. Each staff member did not seem knowledgeable or communication was given towards each other. Only good thing about this place was the front desk staff they were friendly and organized; they even made sure my child’s service ran on time other than that I will never return to this place ever again.

I loved the environment.dedicated to the children with awesome entertainment such as the movie theatre and games. My daughters loved their new dentist office.

If your child has the slightest gag reflex or SLIGHTEST anxiety in any shape or form expect less! Save yourselves the trip/workday. The recomendacion will be sedation/hospitalization. Even if you have a cooperative child who has successfully been treat with a local anesthetic in the past.
Service has declined, was seen an hour past our apt time, attempted to place a mouth peace twice (gagged) so it was determined treatment would just have to be under sedation. If you want to risk it make an early appointment so your Dr.isn't running out the door for lunch before you even sign the discharge paperwork, or goodness forbid you have questions because hell be long gone by then.
If your child doesn't need treatment, just your regular cleaning the hygienist is awesome!

We love all of the staff here. They are so patient and loving with our kids. They always make us feel like family, and have made my kids LOVE going to the dentist! Ms Alicia is our Hygenist and she is the absolute best. She walks you through what she’s doing, and keeps your very informed. I never worry they are doing unnecessary treatments, and trust her 100% with my kiddos. Doctor Blane was great, and talked us through everything we needed to know. They all make me feel at ease during our visits.

We have been using Ikids since my daughter was a baby! Always have a pleasant experience. Today was her first day in the big chair and Dr Hamilton and his Dental Hygienist did a awesome job making sure my daughter was comfortable. Love Team Ikids!

The entire staff was so patient and accommodating. They helped put my anxious pre teen fears of dental work at ease. Everything was easy and explained well. You have gained a patient for life or at least until 18:)

I have been taking my kids to this dentist for years and they are the best hands down. From the dentist to the staff.

Awful place. Why have your patients schedule an appointment if you're just going to have them sit for over an hour. Went there this morning with my daughter and they had every patient in Mansfield there due to spring break. After sitting for over an hour I told them we were leaving. Definitely finding another dentist after today.

I Love everything abouth this practice. Very friendly and courteous staff. Dr Ochoa was phenomenal in giving my daughter the treatment she needed today. You could just see his passion through his work. Thank you all

Love this clinic, love the friendly staff all friendly girls and their so kind. Kudos to Hamilton brothers for their amazing success and great work. We can't get enough of this place:)

Needed an appointment. Asap for my son. They had me on hold for 45 minutes and the hung up, bothe locations burleson and Mansfield. Never again

Excellent client/customer service! They really are good with making the kids feel comfortable during the procedures. Very efficient with time as well.

Dr. Hamilton is phenomenal and his staff is beyond compare! My kids have an exceptional experience every time, and look forward to their appointments! IKids is truly one of a kind!

Called them multiple times a day and leave multiple messages and no one ever responds! Not very professional.

I have 3 children that I take here because it's very kid-friendly and the staff is great from check-in to check-out. The dentist have a great approach to making the kids feel comfortable and they are quick, yet efficient!

I’ve called multiple times and continue to only get a voice mail. I’ve left 3 messages and haven’t received a return call. I like Dr Hamilton but I’ve had to make an appointment elsewhere for my child as I can’t seem to schedule an appointment here.

Very pleased with the service my Kids receive at iKids. Their staff is always friendly and kind and very patient with my children. I love that they help the kids understand the process of what's happening and why good dental hygiene is important.

IKids is a wonderful pediatric dental practice! Dr. Randy is so kind and sweet with the children. You can tell he really cares about his patients and has such a good bedside manner with both children and parents. They make it a fun experience for the kids by having a very kid friendly waiting area, offering stickers after x-rays, TVs above the dental chairs, and offering a toy at the end. I plan on taking both my children here for years to come!
