Most of this was done over the phone before I even saw the car in-person and it was everything I expected and more. Got my car at a great deal! I was able to take the car I was looking for on a test drive and felt very confident with my decision. I have had no problems since getting it and they answered all the questions I had and were very helpful too. Definitely consider this place when looking for cars, you can be surprised at what you find.

I had a wonderful experience at image auto sales. From my first visit, I was treated with respect and given the freedom to test out the car on my own schedule. There was no high pressure sales. They were very open about the status of the car and very open to dialogue about any of the deficiencies. It was fairly priced and, I had no issues in the purchasing process. From beginning to end, it was a very good experience.

First of all, I like to say that if I could give zero stars to this place I would. I drove 4 and a 1/2 hours to this place. I'm gonna say that salesman was very rude. The vehicle had a lot of damages on the body, and he still didn't want to work on the price. So if anybody trying to come to this place from other town, please don't do it. This place is a hole in the wall. All i'm gonna say is that I think they're trying to scan you. So I don't go there learn from my mistakes.

It’s our first time to buy a second hand car. We were originally looking at a cheaper and older car but we found a better deal with a relatively newer model. Our transaction was seamless and Max was very kind. The car that we bought at a discounted price is in great condition and we only had to fix the tail lights, which are easily and cheaply replaceable.

I called his place to legitimately buy a car they had advertised, and I asked for a manager, because i’ve been in the car business. When I said, I need to speak to a manager and that I’m a dealer he said we don’t need anything and abruptly hung up on me. I would venture to say this was a sales person answering the phone and not a manager, and he has no right pretending to be one costing the company a sale.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Rav4 from image auto sales September 2022.
They let me take the car to my mechanic to have him check it out for me.

I came by a week ago to find a car and I found a car within my price range and when I walked in and asked about the car I was interested in and he told me right away what were the benefits and issues with the car. One of the workers was immediately willing to replace both A/C and replace windshield with no price increase! Thank you very much. Liking the car a lot!

I bought my 2010 prius here in 2020 with 106,000 miles. I work out of my car and I am at 173,000 miles now, all trouble free. I will be looking to upgrade soon with these guys. Clean and maintained cars at a great price. My favorite purchase I have ever made in life.
