Rick from ImageNet Consulting came out to our complex regarding a printer issue and was able to locate and resolve the source of the issue quickly. He was very friendly, prompt and professional - thank you Rick for all of your help!

Tom & Rick did an excellent job recently when It came time to upgrade my Samsung copier to an HP. They ensured all my computers were updated with the print drivers and printed. They set my copier up to be able to perform the most used functions in my office, showed me how to perform the functions from the master screen. It was seamless. No down time from running business.

Couldn't be happier with our representative Kyle. He provides excellent client services. He assists with supplies, invoices & settings on our machine. He performs regular client reviews on our account. He returns phone calls which should be the norm but it isn't in today's world of service. Sales & Service. You won't be disappointed. We love our Samsung and we've had it for over a year.

I was very pleased with Rick, the ImageNet representative/technician who was dispatched to address the issue with my device. Rick was very thorough and completely knowledgeable. He was able to decisively troubleshoot what the issue was-and this is after (3) prior services calls with no resolution. Rick was super friendly and enormously helpful. I appreciate the fact that he followed up as promised and did not leave until we were sure that the issue had been resolved with our HP device. Thank you Rick? Stephanie from Integral Care.

Great experience. Rick and Tom were prompt in coming to fix our scanner, even under the adverse weather conditions in February, and stayed at it until it was working perfectly again. You never want to have to call for service, but if you do, these are the folks you want to call.

Rarely do we have problems with our printer, but when we do, Imagenet is quick to respond and assist! They sent out a tech immediately and the issue was fixed fast and correctly. Our technician, Rick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend this service!

Great response time and courteous service! Our rep, Rick, provides plenty of status updates if a part needs to be ordered and spends the necessary time to finish a repair, even on a Friday evening. Really appreciate this company!

Rick was great! He was able to fix a networking issue on our printer that our own IT guys couldn't figure out!

He updated the software and got it back up and running better than ever. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, this guy knows what he's doing!

We are new customers of Image Net and I am very impressed with the company thus far. After 2 days of having this copier, we had a jam in the system. I made a call and Rick came out to provide same day service for us and returned the next day, with a repaired part. He was quick and very courteous. If all employees of Image Net are as great as Rick, then I can highly recommend this company.

Marco went above and beyond to get us up running as quickly as he could. We were at a place where we couldn't print at all. He searched for the part we needed and came back a few hours later, which was late in the day, but he was sure to make sure we were taken care of.
