7Dec 4 of 2021 Adrian takes order and deposit for custom box. Said he have it ready by Dec 15 which he did not. Then said he have it ready by Dec 18 and on that day it was finished with fabric material instead of vinyl as ordered. Makes me go by the shop later on and its not ready. Asks me to go by around 6 pm, got there @5: 45, shop was closed. Yesterday Dec 22 i went by and it is NOT FINISHED. I asked for my deposit refund and Adrian said no. Adrian said owner would be in the shop in an hour or so. Came back again and no Adrian or owner at the shop. And the box was never finished. Just a WASTE OF TIME! NEGOCIO CHAFA!
Outrageous prices. Been going since they were on north cage. 2200 for 1 8" or 10"s.wayy up prices.
I got 2 10” subs installed within my budget, and they sound great and it’s been nearly 2 years of me enjoying them. After getting $1,200 quotes for items I did not ask for from pushy salesmen, from that one shop you always hear about on the radio, I’m headed back to Impressive Custom Audio to get my car door speakers replaced. Hopefully we can lock in another great deal. Their work was impressive the first time.
Terrible service, don't even bother here. This place doesn't follow through with appointments at all. The management (Roberto Guevara) doesn't care to do anything either.
The worst service you can get should’ve just gone too D Tronics had too go back 3 times too fix a remote start which they said it was an alarm with remote start
1 stop shop for all your vehicle needs. Professional employees, real clean installs on subwoofers and amps. Impressed on how clean of an install, no trash left behind all wires hidden! Highly recommended place!
Lazy jobs went to install 4 6×9 with amp and they used the factory wiring and when I asked him won't that cut The power and pretty much the purpose of the amp the owner said If I run the wiring it can oxidize and not work in a couple months.bs no it won't if done properly just cuz your doing the fastest cheapest possible job don't reccomend them and will never go back
