I moved into this apartment in September 2023 & it is a very nice complex & maintenance is fast and helpful. My only and biggest issue with this complex is that there are residents who roam the halls with their dogs off leash. I asked prior to moving in if there were any instances of this & I was assured that residents are required to have their dogs on a leash at all times. I am extremely allergic and do not like dogs. On multiple occasions, I’ve come in from the garage and had a dog run up to me and it’s owner was not able to do anything. I’ve asked the office send out a courtesy reminder to everyone to keep their dogs on a leash and they were not able to do that. I have a doorbell camera with camera footage of dogs running loose in the hall. It’s happening more often & that makes this an extremely uncomfortable living situation for me. I genuinely hope someone can do something about this.

Oh boy, I will try to keep this short and sweet. This review excludes Misty and Joey from the front desk, they have been phenomenal.

If you value security and well-being and feeling valued as a renter, do not move here. It's that simple. Garage break ins, cutting Christmas lights (yeah, with scissors on our patio), stealing things from our front door, and upstairs neighbors who freely stomp about through all hours of the night and security officers do absolutely nothing to rectify yet we listen to music slightly too loud and they BANG on our door instead of simply calling to ask us to turn it down (first complaint in 3 years against us for anything) - just to name a few issues. Not to mention multiple floods in the apartment from weather and one from upstairs neighbors (oh, they claimed we left the sink on when there were water droplets on the ceiling LOL). If you enjoy the homeless individuals joining your gym session because someone propped the door open, no security cameras literally anywhere where residents need them, and a community that enjoys drunkards in the elevator at midnight on Christmas night threatening to "kill me" as I walk past with my dog, this is the place for you. We move out in roughly 45 days and it cannot come soon enough.

Apologies for ranting - I just hope someone on the fence sees this and decides elsewhere until this place is fixed.

I arrived in this community together with my husband in 2020. At this time, my moving process was carried out by Robert Castaneda, everything was fantastic, IMT has very nice and modern facilities and they always remain very clean, it is very well located but what I always It made my stay here much calmer and easier, it was always thanks to the 5-star maintenance staff, this attentive and efficient team, always thanks to Mr. José, Aron, Freddy. And all the office staff, for making my 3 years in this beautiful community pleasant.

We have been residents of IMT Prestonwood for 4 years. We repeatedly have great experiences with the staff. During the night last night our AC stopped working. The electronic thermostat display went dark. We called it into the office on Saturday morning. Our expectations were tempered by the fact that because it was a weekend and because the temperatures outside are comfortable, it would likely not warrant an after hours service call. Despite this we received a knock on our door only an hour or two later. Bill and Freddie traced the problem for about an hour until they identified that the transformer had gone bad. And, they had the replacement part in stock. We had an AC repaired by our trusty staff within just a few hours! And again, this is not the first time we have had good experiences. Thank you IMT and especially Joey, Bill and Freddie who all worked together to make this happen today!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at IMT! Joey made moving in a breeze, and he has continued to be awesome since! Great communication from him and he’s very organized. Everyone on the maintenance team is always a friendly face. One time I had my car battery die here and the property manager even pulled her car around to help me jump it! Thank you everyone for being so helpful!

I had the opportunity to do a virtual tour of this property with Caprice. She was amazing throughout the entire process. She provided timely responses to communications and even emailed additional pictures since I am out of state. The property looks clean and modern. They also have an easy to use online portal, where you can see all prices, many virtual tours and a map of the full complex. Thank you again Caprice! If I could, I would give 10 stars! ️

I had an amazing experience with Caprice the leasing agent at IMT Prestonwood! It is stressful when relocating to a new home but she made the process so much easier! She was friendly, helpful and accommodating, while helping me through this process.

One of the most concerning aspects of this manager's (Caprice Johnson) behavior was their inability to address resident concerns and problems. Whenever I tried to discuss issues, I was met with a dismissive attitude and unhelpful responses. It was evident that the manager had no intention of addressing these problems, and they seemed more interested in asserting their authority than in assisting residents.which significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the property. It is essential for apartment complexes to have managers who are courteous, responsive, and professional.

I leased here with Joey. And I just want to say he's been outstanding through my whole stay there. I relocated for work. For the start to the end, the staff has been great. Their response time is on point, maintenance is professional and always gets the work done on a timely manner. Joey was also very helpful, as sometimes my packages were too large for the hub and I would receive a quick notice to retrieve my stuff.

I have never had any pests there. The location is great, I was able to watch the Addison fireworks with a few friends from my balcony.

If you're questioning this place, I say go for it. And yes, out of all the apartments I searched for (over 100), I had chosen this place. Joey is one of the most responsive, professional, reps I came across, and made living there a good experience.

I hope you guys choose this as your home, also, I loved all the amenities around the complex. And the walls are made so well I never had trouble with any neighbors, even befriended a few haha. It's a place you wanna come home to, every friend I brought over complimented how clean the interiors are lol.

My maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely matter which is something I really appreciate. The gentlemen knew exactly what to do and immediately worked on solving the problem. Not only did they help me with my original request, but also were really helpful when it came to another problem I had. I’m extremely grateful to have such kind and hard working maintenance staff in my community.

Lived here for 3 years and loved the community and the experience! Great unit for a fair price. It’s also conveniently located walking distance to Addison circle which is fantastic for vibes. Would def recommend to anybody, plus the management staff is really helpful.

Will be moving in this weekend and have had the pleasure of working with Joey as our leasing consultant! Joey has been on top of it! This move in process with IMT Prestonwood has been so smooth and uncomplicated thanks to Joey. So easy to contact and there to help out with any questions or concerns and actually cares. I could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to enjoying our time in our new home. Thank you Joey for your professionalism and kindness! You are incredible!

Imt was the best. Kazhimere is one of the sweetest and helpful person at IMT. AND maintenance is great, especially Aaron.

The person at the first desk is great but I'm not sure about the guy (he/him/they). He was a little too pushy/rude.

However, my experience at IMT was amazing. Loved the gym, the floors, the kitchen, the patio, and the pool.

The apartment could be a little bigger, but for the location and amenities I still give them a 5. Zeuma was extremely helpful and she communicated with me promptly if I had any concerns. I’m moving in next month on the 16th.can’t wait to experience all they have to offer, including a rooftop style sports lounge.

I have loved my living at IMT but I’m having the worst experience with the new manager Caprice Johnson. From my 1st interaction with her when I was transferring to a diff unit it has been a ridiculous back and forth for no reason. She hounded me for the key return which I had moved over the weekend and had no issues handing in but I was waiting for HER to walk the unit and then she came at me as if I was holding on to them for life. I asked for her to let me get my mail with the key (same day) and she was lecturing me about changing my address as if she was talking to a teenager who’s never moved before as if there’s never delays with address changes AND I GET EMAILS OF MY MAIL SO I KNEW SOME WAS DROPPED OFF THAT DAY! I’ve had to call and complain to customer service because she wouldn’t type a letter I needed for gov use it was so simple Misty did it in 5mins. Today she’s sending me an email with threats of sending $140 to collections as if I can’t afford to pay that whilst I’m STILL LIVING HERE. My move out statement was sent to me, I acknowledged it and responded by adding money to my account and communicating With Caprice that it could be processed with my due balance. Today is when she decides to tell me I had to get a cashiers check or come downstairs to the office or I’m being sent to collections on Friday like what the actual hell!? Why didn’t you communicate this in all the emails we have had plus calls plus office visits! She still has the gull to continue with the collection threat and try to avoid sending me the proof of WHERE SHE WAS CLEAR OR CORRECTED ME ABOUT THE PAYMENT METHOD which on the statement says to pay via the resident login - And she can’t smh thank god I have all the emails.

I moved in a little over a week ago. The staff has been very nice and helpful, and the move in process was well organized. The apartment itself as well as the amenities are pristine. This is a good place to live!

I don’t even live there and I love the experience. Was visiting friends for a week, the gym is great and clean. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, and highway for travel.
