I ordered flowers for my wifes first day on a new job with an online service at 7am. By 3: 15pm they still were not delivered and could give me no ETA. I canceled the order and called In Bloom. Diane took my order promptly Checked to make sure they were in stock. And guaranteed deliver by 4: 30pm as it was already 3: 30. The flowers were $83/ one dozen with the online service In Bloom did $50/ cor 2 DOZEN! The flowers arrived to my wife before 4pm! That's how you handle business! Diane THANK YOU!

Had a wonderful online experience with In Bloom Flowers. FTD let me down in the last minute for delivery to a cemetery. I live in New York and this was for a delivery in Texas. In Bloom Flowers was recommended to me by the cemetery. They were able to get flowers to the cemetery by the next day on a holiday weekend. They could not have been more accommodating or more pleasant to deal with.and the arrangement was beautiful. I will be using them directly in the future.

First time trying In Bloom Flowers and I must say that I was very pleased with them. When I called the lady was very helpful and it was no problem to make a same day delivery. When the flowers were delivered, I received an email and they even called the person I sent the flowers to. She wanted to know if the flowers were worth her liking and even wished her a happy birthday. I will definitely use In Bloom Flowers again and refer them to family & friends.

AMAZING SERVICE! I was super worried they wouldn't be delivered on time before the recipient left work for the day and they were delivered not even two hours after i placed the order!
