Each person they employed is rude, terrible customer service, not helpful. If it wasnt for my builder, I wouldn’t work with this kind of company. RUN!

These guys don't honor the appointment timings. They are least concerned about someone adjusting their schedule to accomodate the appointment. Instead of being apologetic about the mistake, they say they cannot do anything about it. Extremely unprofessional. Very rude. Thoroughly disappointed.

The worst & unprofessional. They were hired by our builder. There are so many issues, voltage drop, poor labors, cheap products.so on. Some of our Tv's and equipment are ruined because of the bad wiring. We can't even run vacuum cleaner! No knowledge, no fix, no follow up.

Appears I am not alone is posting about driving habits of company personnel. This time it was about truck 104. He apparently didn’t want to be passed even though they were driving 20 mph BELOW the speed limit. At the next traffic light, he was behind me until light changed when he got in right turn lane and then cut right in front of me. I had to slam on brakes so not to hit him. If driving is this dangerous, could not imagine how good there work is. Would not recommend them. Also, tried to contact the company via phone. Could not get a person and no return call.

It's not a good look when the person driving your truck (truck 212 to be exact) feels it necessary to cut someone off so closely that it required them to slam on their brakes to avoid an accident. Instead of getting in the lane needed ahead of time, the person driving this truck decided to make a sharp right to take an exit ramp and nearly took off my front bumper this evening. I certainly know one company that I would only use as a last resort.

Recently had Low voltage design with Ryan Taylor from in the Charge Electrical service. Totally unprofessional! Stood me up in first meeting. Never response any emails or messages. The design document was totally wrong!

Yum! Easy to customize any pizza order. Tastes delicious. My family has tried several appetizers and several pizzas all with rave reviews.

I do wish they offered curbside pickups.

In charge Electric did work for my brand new house, lot of issues with their workmanship. The outlets have not installed properly, loose wiring behind the outlet, the quality of circuit breaker are bad they are malfunctioning in less than 2 years. On top of all that, they charge ridiculous $160 trip charge for just coming and replacing a breaker in addition to $55 for each breaker. Don't ever use them for your electrical needs. I think they only serve the builders not the customers.

I am really happy with their services. Specially Ms. Yasha always professional and helpful. I got few Chandeliers installed and they are heavy (about 50-100 LB's each) and the crew did a wonderful job.

I initially thought this would be a good company to work with since I have a new home and In Charge wired the home. However, I should have taken the obvious clues that this was not going to be a good company to hire. For instance, I called them six times, leaving a voice mail each time requesting someone to call me back to schedule some work I had. They never returned my calls. I called the builder and they said that the In Charge was having some issues and were really backlogged. After the builder reached out to them, they finally called and scheduled an electrician to give me a quote. Given the simple job of two outlets with power within a couple feet of the outlets, they quoted me a price of between $75-$150 (30-60 minutes) for the two outlets. Then it took another 3 weeks of me calling several times a week to schedule the work to be done. When they showed up, they were four days early (yes, 4 days early). When they left, they wrote me a bill for a little over $200, saying that whoever wrote up the bid, only indicated one outlet, not two, so they had to charge me for a second outlet. Total time was 45 minutes for the two outlets. They wouldn't budge, even when I told them the electrician that initially come out to check out the scope of the work said the maximum would be $150. I found them to be deceptive, not honest and very difficult to work with. With all the electrician's in the DFW metroplex, you'll find a better option than In Charge Electric without difficulty.

I have a recently built Highland home and In Charge did the electrical. There was a small issue I had with one of the outlets and, although my home was technically out of warranty, they came through for me and were willing to back their work without question. It's rare to see this level of customer service nowadays! I wouldn't hesitate to hire In Charge Electrical Services for future electrical work.
