In-N-Out Burger, Dallas TX

People inside were very nice, but their french fries had tasted like styrofoam cardboard. The burger was very good though. Order #7 today 08/01/23 7 pm order

If what you are looking for is to unhinge your jaw with a good hamburger and eat 1000 calories in less than 15 minutes, with an incredible price/pleasure ratio, this is your place. Delicious experience. I will be back.

Amazing, best quality fast food in Texas, easily beats Whataburger's subpar offerings

Less than $10 for a double cheeseburger, fries and fountain drink. The burgers are not huge but certainly big enough and quite tasty. Staff is friendly and open.

As always- I know what to expect Everytime I go here. It’s the same quality and outstanding service nationwide.

I ask for low salt and didn't get it. The burger meat was cold. And the fries were a little stale. I was disappointed and I have never been disappointed at In-N-Out Burger before.

This N-Out-Burger was not a disappointment. I had not visited one in a long time simply because living in Houston, they are not always close by. But coming back from Dallas, I saw my favorite burger place and was all smiles! Had my favorite burger and fries and was HAPPY. Everything was perfect.

I came through the drive-thru and there was an employee Braxton working the drive-thru window who is extremely friendly and upbeat you can always tell a good person who cares about their job and the burger was delicious.

I’ve seen this in n out give amazing and accurate food even 30 minutes before closing to many other guests while giving amazing services. These team members and managers deserve a raise or more appreciation, especially the team members and that do it for less. Thank y’all very much for the amazing food.

Went in today with my wife and son and before we even got into the building, Svein was so thoughtful and opened the door for us to walk in and greeted us with a smile. He took our order making sure it was exactly right and even offered to make our shake at the end of the meal so it was still cold. The food was amazing as always. In the middle of our meal my son accidentally knocked over a cup of their delicious raspberry lemonade and Svein again came to the rescue and was gracious enough to clean the spill, all with a smile on his face. This is a true example of above and beyond customer service and our experience was exceptional. Thank you to all the hard working staff that feed us when we don’t feel like cooking! We appreciate all that you do!

Love this location! Adam is beyond great and has made me feel so welcomed anytime I’ve interacted with him. He gave our son a bunch of stickers too which was so sweet! His friendly and caring nature made our experience memorable! He deserves a raise!

I had my first In-n-Out in the early 90’s in Cali. Eaten at locations there, Nevada, Arizona & Texas. They never disappoint! Hands down the best burger for the price if not better than more expensive options! Fresh! Everything is fresh from the buns to the meat and vegetables to the fries. We load up for 3 including shakes for $28. It’s fast & really good!

I’m a bit of a convert. I love the urgency and the crew is friendly. It’s been a year at least since I’ve been here because I moved away and the food was better than I remembered! Been back twice since. Even the fries which I remembered hating were good. Sorry what a burger but I can’t see myself going back there now. I order an animal style burger.

Burger was cold I asked for light salt and I just got regular salt. Otherwise it was fun I was disappointed first time ever that it hasn't all been right.

I'm a Cali native but don't get In-N-Out very often out here. After a long day setting up fireworks, this really hit the spot. Texas In-N-Out has finally achieved quality and atmosphere in-line with their original stores. Staff was friendly and fast. Store was clean and well-lit. Plenty of customers outside enjoying the evening.

Burgers did not live up to the hype. They were definitely small and mid. Customer service was good. The fries were just ok. I probably will stick to my Whataburger and Griff's burgers.
