10 I currently live there and the Assistant Manager there is not Customer Service friendly. The Manager had informed me my rent was going to be $900. After signing my new lease. Two days after I paid rent, I received a notice to vacate for none payment of rent unless I paid $63.20…
It wasn’t until I went to inquire about my actual rent. When I found out that the Assistant Manager purposely fined me for being short 0.20…. Yes. 20 cents. NOW that’s not what the paper states that I have from the Manager…I paid the $900 I was informed too, but punished all the same.
HOW? !
This place has gone downhill. They charge about $10 to $15 for every maintenance request. I spent $25 for light bulbs and another $20 to have the stove fixed - and it's not like I'm taking the stove with me when I leave! The gate is always broken.since you're charging us for maintenance requests then use that money to get the gate fixed.and the elevators too.
I have been waiting for an apartment for more than 1 year and 4 months: (been too sad about this situation if they are too rude the staff that is in the office: (every time I call it just says that I am on hold: (and they hang up on me: (I introduce myself and you just tell me no Ahy available apartments
No f2f tours due to Covid is fine. However, management doesn't even offer scheduled Zoom tours/3D tours of any of the units. Especially seeing as the reputation of the property is in steady decline (used to be like 4.5 just back in 11/21) I wouldn't pay any amount of $-$$$ for something I can't see BEFORE purchase. The gentleman (Christian) over the phone said to "look at the pictures online". It took a lot for me not to say "Duh, sweetheart" but it was how he was trained so I can't blame only him. It would be better if management was more realistic with their changes due to Covid. Oh well, it'll probably change once they see the reviews hit 1 star
The places are a nice place to live. It could be better if some people could be clean. The trash room. Is very nasty and the hall way to the trash room where people are dragging there trash bags very very nasty it would be nice to have someone do the cleaning of the floors. Because I Love living here

Every year’s I’ve been calling and calling and they always say they’re full for some reason the end of February something inside me said call these apartment’s I was like nah I’m not going to call every time’s I do call they alway’s say I got keep checking in calling the middle of March something said to me again call these apartments I follow my destiny, decided to call at the end March I could not believe the lady said I can come in pick up a application they’re are very nice in the office I just turned my application back in just waiting for them to call me that was god telling me to call these apartment I should have listened to my instants from the beginning calling these apartment.the people’s in office are so helpful and kind and courtesy.the inside of the office is very nice I haven’t not been all inside the apartment complex from the look inside the office I can see out side the window the park and other stuff looks nice over there…
Your assistant manager seems to always be intoxicated, I went into the office one day and she was literally sleep. Last week I asked her who do I talk to about transferring to another site, because of the roaches, and my carpet being dirty, of which I have asked many times for an exterminator, and to get my carpet cleaned, she told me to just move and that I don't have to worry about all of that, and that I don't have to transfer, I actually think that she is stealing money from you guys, if you are late paying rent, the.manager tells you what to pay, and Rhonda always give you a higher amount, when you go to pay.this lady is very rude.
Unfortunately the lady at the desk (over the phone) on several occasion was very rude on trying to get me information about leasing here. This is their job and why they get paid for, not sure why she has to be so rude and useless. She also put me on hold on several occasions and eventually hanged up, when calling back she was even more rude. Glad I will not be leasing here to deal with this management.
I called too see if they have any availability and the man Christian just hung up in my face to me I felt that was very rude and still didnt get any Information
I have lived over here four yrs with no problem up until las week my daughter got into a fight we’re she stood up to someone who thru juice in her face an punched her so of course they fought (remind u she didn’t start it) I get a knock on my door next day to come to the office we’re the assistant manager Rhonda tells both households I hate to do this to my kind y’all evicted we explain what happened she didn’t want to hear it an said rules r rules i dnt care who started so now we getting evicted because my child stood up for her self we have no family down here nowhere to go this is so heartbreaking that they would do this I have called Cynthia in corporate she has not returned my calls I have left 3 msg an here it is another Friday has pass
