6Good place to load. Just make sure you go there first, if you have other pics. They do close a little earlier than some of the other places. However they do a pretty good job getting you loaded and on your way.
This facility is very clean, lots of room to maneuver truck and trailer, very efficient in loading the trailer, and most of all, Miss Argentina at the Shipping Office makes you feel welcome, and she is very professional in her understanding. After dealing with Index Freah for over ten years, in my opinion, they are the Best wearhouse I have been in South Texas.
Nice facility. Easy check in. Restroom, vending machines. Plenty of room to back in. Always loaded promptly.
Arrived on location at 0845 on 12/24/2022. Checked in right away. Appointment was at 0900. They started loaded at 0905. Staff was friendly and helpful. Paperwork not too terrible. Would have liked to see an earlier appointment time, but that's ok. I'll at least make it home before Christmas morning to see my 2 year old grand daughter open her presents.
Appointments don't matter at all had a 10am then got changed to 1pm then 1: 30pm. I checked in at 12: 45 only to find out they changed my appt to 2: 30pm. Didn't get a door till 4: 30pm cause they were running quality control on the product. Didn't get loaded until close to 7pm. That's crazy.if you all come here, make sure to plan to stay for a while. No INTEGRITY at all!
Checked in at 12: 30 it’s 6: 00 pm and still can’t get a door. Why put appointments if you can’t comply with your own word…
