This is o e of those types of places that their food is only good in person, like dining in the restaurant. I’ve ordered Uber eats multiple times from them and If you order Uber eats …9/10 the food will be old (meat pieces taste old) watery (they just add water and re heat). It’s like they’re giving you the left overs or something since you’re not coming in …. Also, customer service is not great. If you call and get a younger sounding lady that answers the phone; she’s kind of rude. I asked a question and about my order and she mocked how I pronounced the dish …and then aggressively hung up on me. Smh. All in all, I think I’m done ordering uber eats from them. This is one of those types of places that you only wanna go to the restaurant to eat. Hopefully this review changes something.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and love the food. It’s consistently good. Our waiter, Janero, knows what we would like without providing a menu. The owner stops by to check on everything every time. I have brought many friends here and they all loved it. I can highly recommend!

This is a magnificent place to have a great meal. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Dolly, the cater, is wonderful she made me feel really happy and was always genuinely worried about enjoying the meals. This is a place I would definitely go back to many times.

First time to come for lunch buffet. Everything I tried was very good. Stand out was their lentil soup and the beef curry.they were very good imo. I wish they had more than just one rice option though. Service was great. They came and checked on us several times. Place got busy so that's a good sign. Lunch buffet price was around $20 including tax.

The food wasn't seasoned well to me. I LOVE INDIAN FOOD. This seemed like commercial recipes. It was like.someone heard about Indian food and spices, but never actually learned to use them the right way. One of the other diners said outloud, "My food is so spicy, I can't even taste it. "
The lunch buffet was mediocre. The lentil soup was really a green liquid. The rice pudding wasn't good. I really feel like the cooks were care free about what they sent out.
One dish we ordered (potato and cauliflower) cost $25, which is more than the buffet, which was $17. It was my first and last time here.

They really have good food. It’s one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve visited in DFW. It has a nice atmosphere too.

Pretty good food. They used to let you split entrees and do say half CTM and half Palak Paneer. It’s a shame because I won’t go there near as much now.

The BEST authentic Indian food. India Palace never disappoints. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other Indian restaurants in DFW and I always come back here.

If you're looking for genuine India food. This is the place. I've come here for many years and I've never been unhappy. Sunday is my favorite time to go.

Aug 6 2023 I placed an order through Uber Eats for one (Goat Biryani.) I was looking forward to getting my food, but soon after I received the food I was extremely disappointed. The quality of the food and presentation of it was just so sad looking. The food presentation was so bad to the point I lost appetite and interest in eating. The food cost me $28 + tax and fees + delivery + tip = almost $40. That's absolutely fine with me. If you're paying $40 for one meal, you expect it to be a decent meal. You shouldn't lose an appetite by looking at it. I've included the picture of the $ 40 (Goat Biryani) I received, y'all should be the judge of it. It was all pounded and smashed into the soup container (smh) I've never seen anything like it. All I'm saying is whoever is running that business from the owner, head chef, floor manager and etc should be ashamed to themselves! Y'all charging the people lot's of money, the least you can do is, to provide them with decency and respect!

We went on Sunday, and the buffet was well stocked, plenty of options for everyone. The naan was some of the best I've had in any Indian buffet.

I've never had anything at India Palace that's not good. The daily buffet is an excellent way to try menu items.

No self respecting Indian restaurant serves beef however this restaurant serves beef. Food was bland and lacked good spices. Cheap ingredients used for buffet

I have been coming here for well over 10 years now. The food is amazing and the service is top notch.

I enjoyed paneer masala. The service was terrible. He seemed like he didn't want to be there.
