Indian Oven, Amarillo TX

We went in for the buffet. We called ahead and was informed that all meat here was halal, so a good option for people looking for halal food. There was no biriyani in the buffet and that was something we missed. The mixed vegetables, the chicken tikka masala, the butter chicken, the naan, and the chicken fries were really good. Chicken fries were a bit extra salty, but that's what I like: p The service was awesome and the environment was good

We had about 9 people. They squished us against another table of 7-8, touch to get out of our chairs. I ate from the buffet, meh.very limited spices on the buffet. Food was blah. Pricey for as limited as the selection was, only protein was chicken. No opportunity to try other foods. Will have to go back and order from menu.

We come to Indian Oven whenever we visit Amarillo. We have always had excellent dishes. This was our first time having the buffet. Excellent! Food was fresh, delicious, nice variety. We recommend Indian Oven to anyone who enjoys Indian cuisine, or is trying for the first time

The entire staff was simply incredible! They were exceptionally polite, caring, and knowledgeable, making our experience delightful. The food was an absolute delight, with the meat cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. The attentive service from everyone made us feel truly valued, and we can't wait to visit again. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. Thank you all so much for a memorable time!

Cost is too high. For egg biryani they charged 17.27.they gave raitha with it, for that they charged extra over the price. They might charge for water also may be in future

Service was great and food was delicious. Mango lassi is a must try. Only issue is curry quantity is less as compared to other Indian restaurants I have tried in US.

I loved Indian Oven! I was shocked to find such delicious food in Amarillo! The food was very flavorful and fresh. Fast, kind, attentive service. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I definitely recommend dining here if you find yourself in Amarillo! You will definitely want to visit again!

I had very low expectations going into this restaurant but I was wrong. Food was great and service was good too.

I think the place is great! I definitely was missing out on a spicy option for their food choices, and all their currys taste similar (they just need some distinction), but you can never go wrong with an all you can eat place! I really loved their rice, when I put curry and rice on top of their fried flatbreads that was my favorite part!

We had Charlie as our waiter and he was very helpful, kind, and thoughtful in his suggestions. The food was very tasty!

Delicious- the best Indian food! Every one at the table loved what they ordered and we ended up sharing everything. The curries arrive in separate bowls so it’s easy to share and have a little of everything.

Please do something about the lights that you have hanging right above the chairs for the waiting area. It is extremely difficult to stand up without hitting your head on those lights. That's a hazard. Still giving four stars because y'all give great service. But those lights really should be moved a little bit.

I’m a delivery driver for karma so I try something new once in awhile. We also eat out at a lot of places and I’m pretty harsh on my reviews sometimes because we cook great at home and when we eat out we want even greater food. This was amazing!
I Loved the food here and the customer service is appreciated the chicken in the orange sauce (maybe butter chicken) on the naan bread was my favorite. I would definitely bring my family to dine here.
